I have to say man I have no idea how you churn this stuff out so fast. Even if I had no job and did nothing but work on resources all day I doubt if I could get it done that fast.

Your giant two headed dog monster does need a lot of work though. Get ready, this is gonna be long:
First off his heads are out of perspective with his body, unless you intend to make him look like his heads are cocked to his right. Both horns on each head should be visible, unless he only has one horn per head in which case they need to be properly centered on his forehead (actually it'd be really cool if he had one horn on each head emerging from opposite sides, but I digress).
The beard of flame covering his front paws stretches very strangely in that it stays in place on the bottom and holds it form but stretches vertically up and down. The licks of flame on his back should not move up and down with his body, they should sort of trail after it (try watching this, and not just because it's awesome, but because it's a great way to see how flame reacts to its source being moved in a controlled fashion:

His second tail (counting from the top) is clearly changing in length as it moves. I would suggest you make each tail move less dramatically and more regularly, the way you have them going now the difference between each frame is too great and that's part of what's causing it to look weird.
The back legs look like chicken legs (which is fine if you want them that way but it appears as if you're going for normal animal legs). Here's a photo reference of a figurine of a dog in a similar pose:

The coloring/shading needs a lot of work on detail but I imagine you'll get to that later. Hope all that helps you out, that thing is going to be badass when it's finished properly.
