What games are you currently playing?

moe, what you do, if you go to the top left of the map, where the quest marker is telling you to go, there's a downward slope, and below is a behemoth and one of those big wolves fighting, and you ALWAYS get a pre-emptive strike, and it's an easy 6600CP, and can be finished in like 20-30 seconds as soon as you get to Pulse, although I've been killing them in like 6 seconds anyway, and I've got a CP Egg for 2x CP :D Seriously though, just kill those, run back up the ramp, circle the savepoint, and run back down, and keep doing it lol... it's pretty amazing...

also inside of the cave I found the enemies to be significantly easier and they give you more experience c:

Awesome, thanks guys! How long would you recommend I wait before proceeding with the story? I had a lot of trouble with Bartandelus because I rushed through everything and avoided fights a lot, so I figure I should park it for a while.

If you want to play it safe, you should continue when you are able to beat that hunt. I didn't beat it mainly because it is hard, but the game doesn't get easier from here on out. c:

I'm still at the tower place because of the boss at the end that keeps killing me. Needless to say, I haven't played the game in awhile for fear of continuous deaths on my screen. XD

Well since I love grinding in games, I stayed in the opening area of Pulse until I maxed everyones Crystarium as far as they could go, and then got my CP up to about 200-300k with everyone before I progressed, because I like to do stuff like that y'see...

If you get bored of training here, go through the tunnel to progress the story, and there's some robots and bomb things that you can kill for easy CP, and they're pretty easy to get a pre-emptive attack on too, and you can get some good mats for upgrading your weapons too, which is always a good thing.

@my.opium.eyes: If you're struggling with the creeps in the tunnel that's just up ahead, try doing a few c'ieth missions. If you want to be really safe, I recommend doing a lot (especially the teleport ones, they're very crucial in saving a lot of time). After twenty or so, you should definitely be fine dealing with the enemies in that chapter.

Well, not only do I suck at it but until this point I've been avoiding as many enemies as I could and rushing through for the story. :x

Thanks for the advice, everyone. Everything's going much smoother now. I killed that behemoth for a while and now I'm running around doing all of the marks. Everyone's as far as they can go at the moment in their main classes, so once I finish all the marks I'm going to proceed.

the ppl who play like pussys (ex: sen/med/com) have trouble.. If you use the battle system like your supposed to this game is piss easie..
(c'mon those hunts where effortless (only the giantuar and the 2 rakjavits took me 2 tries to 5 star)., the final boss was a joke, and adamantoise/long gui can be ass raped with sazh SOLO).
