well tbf the Canadiens are fuckin monsters! stamkos may as well have been a dwarf. plus roloson (goalie) is 42 (old as fuck). someone got carded for a punch and thats all i really expected there. the lightning're not doing too badly this season though. not like the last 2 seasons, holy shit :x

when you see minor league or amateur hockey though, the refs don't even pay attention. those guys fuckin throw down. i used to go watch the Gulls play in cali, and those motherfuckers bled. it was awesome.

yeah i missed a ton of the game. but the food was all in the room just behind the seats and they had gigantic flatscreen tvs all over the place, so it was not too bad running between buffet tables between plays.

even still i only hit up like half of it. there were buffets & bars literally everywhere.

$300 seats and easily $200+ in food/drinks between me & the bf but we spent $0

if that is how rich people do shit all the time then i am so done with being complacent with middle class
republican national convention here i come

Woke up earlier than usual, went to the dentist, came home and attempted to eat some food without using my incisors, booted up Pokémon then turned it off 5 minutes later due to boredom (Ohdear, but I've already finished it! Honest!), played Runescape for a few hours, had some pancakes (It IS pancake day), and now I'm typing this, will either carry on with Runescape (Just questing, anyone can join me, lol) or play some more Mass Effect 2, but I think before I do any of that I'll finally post the updated Asteroid Defense.

I can tell you what I did the last few hours on call: repaired someone's tendon, left hand, saw a couple of cool signs called Chvostek and Trousseau in a pacient with hypocalcemia, was perplexed by a young female patient with intestinal obstruction. The thing is, obstruction is usually caused by adherences, hernias or cancer. She had no surgeries so she could not have adherences, she didn't have hernias, and was too young to have cancer. Someone call Dr. House.

Can someone please explain to me what the heck happened to me today? I got a call from my rotation partner at 7am telling me we did not have to go to the hospital today. I had gone to sleep at 3am, so I decided I'd have some breakfast and sleep for a couple of hours. I woke up at 4pm, really tired and lazy. So tired and lazy, in fact, I missed my 5pm class.
