W-A Halfling template grounds

that jacket looks much better now :) even though it was just a small edit..

ooooooh aaaaaaaah another nice character design :D

BUT there are some things I don't like about the execution..
for one the torsoarmor and the shoulderblades. What's with all the dark lines, is it supposed to be something other than normal armor?

secondly the neckbracer/necklace should look round imho, you can achieve that by deleting some pixels..And you're an awesome pixelartist so I guesse you will figure out which to delete all by yourself.

And last but not least, the glove and wristband don't look rounded either while they actually should.


edit: you should create a topic where you post all of your past stuff and wip stuff :D because I'm really anxious to see it and I think people can learn a lot from it!
edit2: I think I was wrong doboi looks different in the template section then I remember, I guesse it was another template you did afterall.
 
Thanks for the tips man i will work on these things ^^, the character does not really have any armor on except that metal neck brace, i went by the older sprite without thinking though so i need to actually make a change because the feathers don't really make too much sense in the end, i think i'll add some kind of sleeveless jacket and add that decoration to some other part of the character too.
E-And soften that highlight color.
And yes sometimes a pixel can do wonders, for example i think this template looks so much better with that added pixel to the legs.

I can actually add the older characters for a comparison on the top post here, but no biggie though, the biggest change is that i'm now using better colors than i did in the past, more contrast and less dull colors ^^.

On another note i will be moving somewhat slower with my spriting since i'm now making time for Fallout 3 as well  :grin:.
