Ok, I'm going to do my thing and jump on the non-ultima "Ultima" games.
I'm wondering how you picked your title? I understand that you want something cool sounding (I do too), but does the word "Ultima" have anything to do with the game?
The Ultima franchise has spawned over 20 games including a 10 year old MMORPG that is online to this day.
It's like naming it "Final Fantasy Verità" and having nothing to do with Final Fantasy.
Although "Ultima" as a word in the English language means, "the last syllable of a word." If that's your reasoning and is a central part of the game then... it gets fuzzy. After all "Final Fantasy" isn't a word in the English language.
And even still, the Ultima series as a gaming franchise is well established. If you're going to name a game, as a general rule, you should stay away from associating with other franchises.
