Lychees remind me of eyeballs :( they're horrible when you sqidge into them :( but they taste so nice.

HP sauce - I guess it's like uh... ketchup with other fruits in mixed with vinegar and spices?

I can't walk into an Asian shop in Oceanside without tripping over Lychee :0

And chitlins are awesome, especially with hot sauce.

i like to think i have at least a basic understanding of cooking; like, make a meal that doesn't consist entirely of instant-whatever, but for whatever reason i can not fry eggs for the life of me.

It's not like they're inedible; my eggs aren't toxic or anything. They're just...bleh. I can never seem to get a good taste out of them, no matter my ingredients. On top of that, they never come out looking good. I always butcher them getting them out of the pan.

I like eggs with a little salt, pepper, and a very small amount of garlic powder. I'm a garlic fanatic (me and my parents went to the garlic festival like five years ago once xD), so it might just be me, but it really gives them a good flavoring. Just don't put much; it can become overpowering easily.

Also, non-stick cooking spray is my friend. Butter tastes better, but the spray is easier (and healthier, depending on what kind you get).

Just now I finished making BLTEs (Bacon Lettuce Tomato Egg), and I pan-fried parmesan cheese into the bread. Nom nom nomnomnomnom :d

ramen with about a third/forth/fifth of the water that it's supposed to get.
When it comes out after three minutes of microwave, I've got something that's a lil bit dry (or wet, depeding on water given) and very tasty, as the taste form the seasoning/whatnot are all concentrated.
Sometimes I add some more lemons/spice and mix it with rice. Pretty good, although depends on what kind of ramen (my favorite for this style is mama ramen)

Guardian -- Mmm, garlic. Garlic garlic garlic. Garlic.

As for ramen, I prefer eating it as a snack food rather than as a soup.

Just break up the (dry) noodles, and add the seasoning on top. Mmm, MSG.

My favorite food by far is pasta with cream of mushroom soup. I made it two days ago. I use rigatoni pasta. Just cook the pasta (I like mine not fully cooked), add two normal size cans of cream of mushroom soup (or one family size can), 1/4 can (1/8 family size can) of milk, some garlic salt (I like garlic <3), and heat everything up. This time I added extra mushrooms from a can (which I chopped into small pieces). Ground beef is also good in it. It's usually easier to cook the soup separate so you can get a good, thick consistency before you dump the noodles over it. It's delicious no matter which way you cook it! P:

You can also use whole wheat pasta and the fat free soup for a slightly healthier version, but then I just end up eating more of it because I don't feel as guilty. >_>;

We (me, my boyfriend, and his little sister) made an orange smoothie last night which was good, too. Ice, milk, oranges, and sugar in a blender. Getting the right taste took a little while, but it was sooooo good! x3 My boyfriend is gross and he tried putting instant coffee in his cup, which he says gives it a slight chocolate taste.

According to other people that have seen my ramen, I undercook my noodles very badly. I'm not inclined to disagree with them; I don't care much for really noodly noodles. I don't see why they view it as inedible, though. Also Tindy dry noodles with flavor packets sprinkled on it sounds very....potent.

ATM I'm eating an egg sandwich (that I didn't make, unfortunately) with some Snyder's(sp?) jalapeno pretzel pieces. I really do need to go shopping, because I am sick of having nothing to look forward to but microwave meals and DiGiorno(again, sp?) pizzas every other day. Can't be healthy.

I hate anybody who says this about food I cook. It may be undercooked to them, but if I've cooked it, I've cooked it how I like it. I hate when TV chefs go on about scallops and shit saying if they're not rubbery they're not cooked right. What if I don't like them rubbery?

TV chefs in britain say to cook scallops until they're rubbery???? b/c i've never seen american ones say that. that means they're overcooked and you have successfully cooked yourself a tiny tire

@spooky: try this:

1.) open ramen packet, take out seasoning packet.

2.) dump ~1/2 to 3/4 of seasonings into ramen packet. (or all of it, but that will make it REALLY salty)

3.) roll closed ramen packet, then get a mallet or your fist or something and BREAK THE HOLY LIVING SHIT out of the ramen. also shake it.

4.) seriously break it up into tiny bits

5.) eat or dump on salad

s'good
