It's not "only" Sonic why they delayed it. And who cares about the wait, I'd rather wait for a good game then to have a lesser game right away.

As for Ness, having read Lucas' description, I think they'll make the mother-protoganists duke it out, prolly in an event match if they decide to keep it.

It would be cool to have knuckles, he was always the coolest when I play sonic adventure for the dreamcast. Maybe they will work on the veterans for a few, I'd like to see Mr. Gameandwatch :D

I bet tails and knuckles will be stickers or trophies. When too many sonic characters are in one game it kinda ruins it as they are all very similar. It would be best to have just sonic, and i remember reading that thye want to keep it down to two surprize characters, snake and sonic.

No. Not at all. Atleast not playable, perhaps as an AT or sticker, but Sakurai said one character per company. Sonic is Sega's character, meaning Knuckles cannot get in.

I don't think anymore Sega characters are getting in. I remember hearing something about only several "guests" are making in, and something about 1 left or whatever. I don't think they're going to waste it on another Sonic/Sega character.

Hmmm, I dunno... just in my opinion, I think there's a chance we'll see Tails as an unlockable or something. Either that or the Assist Trophies.

I'd throw tails in on a sonic stage and leave it at that. A Dr. Eggman trophy would be cool. I'm surprised to see Snake.

Still want to see that Mario and Sonic Olympic game. Still kinda strange to think of a fat over wieght plumber in a dash against a blue spiky headed hedgehog that can break the speed barrier... meh...

I like the new character design for a few of the characters, they've also added a few really interesting skills. Haha, I think I might buy a Wii.

They allow single characters in which alone is already a large step for nintendo. Don't count for a playable knuckles, nor assist trophy.

You know, King Dedede doesn't really look...BAD.

He's actually got an admirable moveset. Like the Waddle Dee throwing? Spectacular. The only bad thing I see about this is the fact his Up B is extremely vertical.

I love how this game is coming together so far. I must admit I smiled with glee when I saw that Sonic had been confirmed. I almost cried when Diddy Kong made it! OMG I love Diddy!

As long as Nintendo does something about online, then I can definitely see this game being another Halo 3... though maybe not THAT popular...
