Quick question: how would I make some the summons hidden from the menu, until the required skill is acquired?

I have a problem... It won't show all the summons Available at that time, it only shows two when it should show five or seven. Im affraid if i wont be able to use my items on them if they die in battle at all. how do i fix this problem. i want to add more but need to know how to fix this.

I'm wondering: would it be possible to rewrite this script in RGSS2 where it would be usable in RMVX default, and Tankentai Battle System, as well. If so would you do it or someone else should do it (my scripting knowledge is very poor)?
