I've gotten this up and running, but there are a few errors that are specific to Gecko (mainly since I use WebKit browsers).

I'd suggest you lose the soft drop shadows and the "parchment" background on the sidebars.  They lend your site a 90s touch.

Don't use this thread just to advertise your website. This is for critique on web design and layout, and there's absolutely nothing in that forum that you made yourself. I've removed the blatant recruitment ads, too.

@Wyatt - Do you mean the repeat-x BG? or the main image? The main image was a .png at first but it was a little big even after compression so I changed it to .jpg with a snippet of the bg behind it. The splash won't be there for much longer, sites going online next week

Cheatking, the site seems a little grey and very basic. I can see the basic premise of the site and it does stay consistent but I just feel that with a little bit more work you could have it looking a lot better (Images, better color scheme etc). Keep it up though, take a look at some of the sites in this thread for some ideas, there are some very good sites.

@Wyatt: that's not all you can do, there are some pretty spiffy parallax effects. Here's a site I worked on recently:

I didn't do the design, so it's not my fault it's miserable. I just did the layout, made it work in a web format. The designer did print design and didn't have the faintest concept about what works on the web. I used the stretchy/parallax effect for the headers because he didn't account for the fact that windows can be different sizes :P

The original concept was discovered by silverback.com, although they don't have it on the site anymore. http://therissingtonpodcast.co.uk/ also makes great use of the effect (check out the footer).

@stevo: I think you could get away with a png-8+alpha (if you have fireworks or that other funky software that makes them). In fact I'm willing to bet it'd be smaller than the jpg.
