I've decided that there is too much homework projects for me so I will cut a piece of the game out (gasp!) but don't worry, not the story line, I'm not going to have the illustrations and scene pictures and also no facesets because with this team right now it's not going to work out, unless I suddenly get a lot of people join the spriter slot...

Bumped majorly, I have changed my mind after playing fire emblem, I attempted to make it from scratch but that didn't turn out... So my brother said to try frankenspriting, it worked very well indeed :grin: , so I have been really busy, but progress is halted because my computer crashed and I lost the rpg maker program...
I have decided that making a dating system within the game will be really complicated and will make me add a lot more characters in it. I will however make an ending with each character in the end cutscene.

I like the update, but I have something to tell here. The "Summary", "Characters" and "Story" as well as the others stuff look really hard to read if you ask me. And you could also take out the white background for better looking stuff.
Other than that, it looks like you are progressing pretty well. Are those sprited faces original? They are pretty. ^^

danyo34 ~ Your post makes it feel like your talking to love and me, so you should put who your saying stuff too. I also think that you'd be a lot more popular on ".org" if you ended things with a good notice, just a tip though.

I updated, I added a character to my story because I felt like it needed a path A, B, thing. So I want some criticism on my new character, I hope his name isn't to hard to say though I don't think it should be a problem compared to Ginistiner. His portrait should come on in a day or two :smile:

In Lunere's description, you say he seems nice at first sight. He doesn't look that way to me. He has red eyes, for one thing, and dark hair and armour. What is he training to be? Also, what is the number one organisation in the school that you mention in Abel's description? If Abel doesn't see the need to go to school, why does he do it? Can't he just skip grades if he's smarter than all the teachers and just go straight to university?
Well first of all I don't think that Lunere's eyes are red, also Abel doesn't want to be the smartest person in the world the other things I can't tell you so it is a secret. Lunere is training to fight for his village, as I wrote in the description... Lunere has dark hair which is his natural hair color, his black armour are the colors of his villages flag.
And Lunere is training to become a heavy armour person.
Those questions were very good and quite hard to answer but I found them, I might have just created a thing or too about Abel and Lunere.

Bump, well abreaction has quit the team and has joined another because s/he was getting paid for it, oh well, I guess... I'm also having no ideas on how to attract more viewers, maybe a funny column where you ask the characters silly questions, like "Are Selia's armpit hairs blue?" Believe it or not, danyo34 asked me that one day, but not out of the blue, I was discussing things with him/her. Would that be a good idea? Anyway, I'm trying to learn RGSS but have had no luck whatsoever. I'm looking for a scripter now, not for original scripts but script edits, pm me if you want to be a scripter and I'll tell you what I'd like you to edit.

I'm pretty sure after you get more done and have something to sure like sprites or screenshots, more people might have things to say. :D I usually read the story, but I enjoy looking at screenshots and menu designs. But that's just me. XD

I'd offer to help out, but I have no real talent in scripting, and I have my own project I'm working on. I do wish you luck, however. I don't want to see this project fall off the grid.

My strength is, and always has been my story telling ability (and the fact that I think things through, as you'll see if you read either of the concept development threads for my 2 current projects - well one of them kind of got put on hold because I lost all the data for it and I'm reworking the game). I'm learning pixel art and maybe I'll learn RGSS at some point, but I can't help you out with the limited knowledge I DO have.
I know what you mean about the battle system of your dreams. I am the same way, but I have a feeling I'm going to be opening up my wallet to get what I want/need, which isn't going to be much fun. Yay for having complicated ideas.
