Ok, I have added a dead line, I know UUUGGGHHHH! But on the bright side there is a prize available now! It might not be that great but it's still a prize! Also I have decided that this title tournament thingy might go again and again and again if enough people participate, also if enough people participate then the prizes are bound too get bigger and better. Also I have decided that I might make the title suggestions here subtitles... But's that just me. HEY! Looky there, "Serene plume"! I suggested that, yes I want a custom userbar too, hehe.

*Sigh* Bump (in a depressed way.) I haven't really seen anyone post in a few days, I would like comments on this even if its, "This sucks like f**k*n poop!"
Also I would like some more suggestions, apparently I don't have enough titles so I'm going to add all of the suggestions that meet the requirements.... Which is like three..... Anyway, if you people don't suggest I'll have to make myself a userbar!

Your little story segment is pretty interesting. I'm curious to see how you'll pull it off in a game because it has a lot of potential. It's a little confusing, but it's not bad. For example, was she really dreaming? If so, how did the wall open up? You just need to clarify some things and you should have a good intro. :wink:

Other than that, I don't have much more to say. It's hard to see how this is going to turn out until you actually start making it, and after playing some of it it'll be easier to come up with suggestions. You should probably just work on it, maybe post a demo, and change the title later on. That's just my suggestion, though.

Well, the perspective of the game is on Selia in the intro, so you only know what she knows, also I have made her intro scene but right now it's in the RTP format though if it turns out good then I might consider original graphic. The wall part will be explained more after the intro, I am trying to lure the player into the story so I can... HOOK THEM! On the game though, if I can I'd get an artist and a spriter in the team and hopefully get illustrations, scene pictures, and maybe custom graphics (I'm also a spriter). I would put up the intro scene if I could figure out what Venier and Fintis look like.

I also want a title better then "The book game" I might change it later on though, I just thought it might be fun to host the title contest thing. Thanks for the comment, (If I could get my hands on a half demon-human character set I'd be very appreciative (Maybe for frankenspriting)) I try not to put much effort in the character sets until I'm sure i'm going to use it.

I just want to say that I like the characters and the concept, itself, seems very interest. It almost reminds me of a much better version of a book I used to love as a child, except with huge differences. (Yeah, the book is: The Lion, the Witch and the wardrobe). If you complete it, it sounds like a game that I would definitely want to play.

No, I'm not.. I always believe in being completely honest, and I mean, exactly what I said. So far, it does sound like a story I would be interested in, and that's only at this stage. I am sure it will be even better when it is finished. I hope you keep it up and really enjoy making it. It sounds like an really interesting idea.

Well I couldn't brainstorm any so I think that after I get a logo then I will move to the project discussion thread... I requested at Akumas workshop but he apparently wasn't accepting requests anymore, does anyone know which logo workshop is worth requesting?
I haven't really put up what I thought of until I couldn't think anymore, so mainly I will just get the tilesets and charsets and such, I will probably look for team members too.

Tip: Try checking the story's grammar and spelling. A few mistakes here and there.
