Wouldn't be a Sauk vid without trance, dance, and narcissism.

Also, I only did my right leg because I injured my left knee doing deadlifts. Tested a decline out in the vid and it hurt too much, so I improvised.
i like how this is supposed to be a demo for squats but it turned out to just be another cute animal being cute video

Her name is Precious (I didn't name her), and she's supposed to be my mother's dog but she seems to gravitate towards me a lot more (always whines if she can't be near me, doesn't whine if she can't be near my mother).

She had gained about 100lbs after both her pregnancies, and was probably sitting at around 220lbs @ 5' 4". She's now 130lbs @ 20% bodyfat, which I find incredible. Remember, that's just contest ready and heavy photoshop, she definitely doesn't walk around that lean. The way she looks post-shoot/contest is probably more like this:

That's considerably better ... Still very photoshopped, but better.

IMO she still looked fine previously. Needed to lose some baby weight and needed a nicer outfit but was still fine.

People get too hung up on specific ideals of beauty ... IMO people look most beautiful when they look real. With imperfections and what-not. Though I'm an artist, and I've heard that a lot of artists feel that way due to always being visually inundated with "perfect ideals" and seeing more complexity and interesting features in imperfections. IDK

Or maybe I myself have 20lbs to lose and I'm making myself feel better about my thick thighs lol

Eh, I wasn't expecting anyone to share the same opinion as me when it comes to beauty, I just thought it was remarkable that she lost that much weight and got in shape after 2 kids (I think one is 12 and the other is 7 or something).

Was just the determination and end result that caused me to post her pics, not trying to force my standard of beauty onto others nawmean
 
oh well yeah then that is impressive

plus SHE wanted it and went for it instead of being pressured into it i hope, in which case, more power to her

I feel like kind of a dick when I say muscular women are unappealing to me. Kind of makes me think I'm saying that ladies should be small and weak or something along those lines. Hyperactive mind is working again, I guess. But yeah, lady number one is def less to my tastes.

Apparently I have started to slip up on my health for the past couple of weeks. I've been busting a lot of firewood, which is good for biceps, I guess, but I really haven't done anything involving my abs. Thanksgiving hasn't halped much either; I've done a damn terrible job at moderation and carb counting, which makes me feel really shitty about myself, mostly because my later life kind of depends on keeping my shit together.

So today I feel motivated again. Going back to some healthier foods and getting back on track with the excersise regimen. Also started drinking a lot of different hot teas, because I really like hot tea, for one thing, and I hear some of that stuff does great things for your immune system and joints.

Attraction =/= sexism brah, no matter how much someone wants to tell you it does. Different people are attracted to different things, and I'm sure as shit that there are a lot of women out there who freely choose to look a certain way, so it's not like you're being "oppressive" and "forcing a set standard" on ladies who are doing those things anyway.

Everyone slips up man, especially around Thanksgiving. You can't ostracize yourself from stuff like that, it's no fun. Just hit it harder and get back on track, and you'll do fine.

Since your somatotype is ectomorph, you're going to have a slightly difficult time putting on weight.

Ectomorph = Small joints, thin, fast metabolism, low bf, hard time putting on weight.
Mesomorph = bigger joints, muscular, moderate metabolism, moderate body fat, easy time putting on muscle and fat
Endomorph = Big joints, fat, slow metabolism, high body fat, hard time losing weight.

You'll need to be eating in a surplus, and if that isn't doing it for you (and by the sounds of it, it isn't), get a good weight gainer protein shake. One scoop of that equates to around 1000 kcals (kilocals, in case you didn't know is the proper name for calories) depending on the brand, and is very easy to drink down. Have one or two of those a day coupled with your regular diet (hopefully you're eating SOME nutrient dense food), and then add a strength training program (plyo/calisthenics are all right), and you should be able to see yourself putting on weight.

Some body-weight exercises I recommend:
Wide grip pull ups
Chin ups
Push ups
body squats (weight added later on)
pistol squats
muscle ups
dips

if you can:
Planche
wall assisted push ups (you stand on your hands, lean against the wall, and do a push up)
practicing handstands
Wall sits for at least 1 minute

I will ALWAYS suggest getting a gym membership and doing compound lifts, focusing mostly on strength since size follows suit, however, if it isn't possible or doesn't interest you enough to spend the money (cause let's face it, gym memberships are expensive AND they try their best to persuade you into staying if you want to quit), then those exercises I've listed will aid you tremendously. Also, make sure to do your own research, as there's a fuck ton of bodyweight exercises I haven't mentioned and don't know aboot.
 
Ah man I wanna be an Ectomorph ... Dieting is gay as hell. I'd be eating everything forever.

I lost 3lbs last month. During the whole month. Ugh. I'm dieting and exercising as much as I have time for. I'm even taking my narcolepsy meds again. Sigh

I don't look bad, but I want so very much to lose these 2-3 sizes I put on last year. I have a whole closet full of nice clothes that're a little too small for me to fit into and I want them baaack :(.

I think I work this desk job too often to make enough of an impact or change, I guess. Definitely don't have time for a gym. Oh well :( Maybe I'll have more time to get rid of the fat someday ...................
