Well my car is more or less back together. The only thing I wasn't able to fix was the vacuum lines that control the flaps that direct the air to floor, defroster, ect... air just blows out of everything at a weaker flow which I can live with. I can hear the hiss from the vacuum leak but to reach it I'd have to take apart the dash, which I'm not going to do.
Also, it's already the 21st. Fixing my car wasn't one of the things I wanted to accomplish this month.

Got my first email from a recruiter that isn't trying to find me a job, but is trying to get me to hire their client!
In other news; the mruby project accepted my first pull request recently :thumb: didn't expect that as it's basically utility macros added into the project's primary header file which anyone who knows mruby wouldn't need - but are still rather handy.

I've been in a weird state all day. Something felt off. It wasn't until I came here that I realized I haven't been planning anything all day. Normally somewhere in the back of my mind I'm always thinking about stuff I want to work on. And today it's just gone. I think I'm broken.

He was visiting the new graphene institute here at the University of Manchester. It's only just opened, and a large amount of the funding came from the Government as part of that "Northern Powerhouse" gimmick, so I'd guess the Chancellor wanted to show off.Princess Amy":1drgt64c said:
When I came into work this morning (I work in the chemistry dept., which is close to the graphene institute), there were loads of people outside the institute, along with a lot of police presence and stuff like that. To be honest, I assumed it would be people protesting about human rights or something (given China's record on such things), but it was actually just a whole load of Chinese people (presumably students/other Chinese who live in Manchester) who wanted to support the leader of their country.

Sated, I remember first hearing about graphene when someone was hiring students to make it by rubbing a pencil on some scotch tape. I have no idea what people are doing with it now. When you make your first levitating, invisible, bulletproof suit of armor with it, will you let me try it out?

Oh, and Coyotecraft, I know what you mean. If I don't have a plan for something, if I'm not working toward something, I feel like I'm just wasting my time. Given the state of my day job for the last couple of years, Himeko Sutori has been the only thing keeping me sane.
Do you just feel off because you're not currently planning anything? That's OK. But if you've lost the desire to plan for things, that's a problem.
