I've got depression too, but I'm not worried about it. Specifically told my doctor I'm not concerned about it, more concerned about my anxiety as that's giving me physical symptoms.

I'm not worried because I'm so familiar with it. I know there's been times when I've been perfectly fine, and whilst those times won't ever happen again and will never come back, there's likely going to be other things in the future - as long as I don't shut out the opportunities.
