Whoah. I totally missed Amy's dad being in the hospital. I hadn't seen her post anything lately, and I had noticed a tiny bit of forum decay. (Spam, a bot, thread necromancy.) I knew it was unlike Amy to let that sort of thing happen and checked when her last post was.

Project decided to delete itself and now I have to start again. I think it's actually a good thing though because I couldn't get collision working with the past system that was in place for turns and movement. It means I can start from scratch and try to work on collision first then fit everything around that.
Maybe I should make a thread in my private so I get all my ideas down. I've written a lot of it in notebooks and post-it notes and even on my whiteboard.
Everything is just so (and is always with me) conceptual and I struggle with implementation.
I can plan code (and cause I'm using C2 it's really pseudo-code) but I struggle to work my way around it properly.
I also got accepted to the computing course at my college providing I pass this year which means I'll actually be taught code next year rather than trying to learn it myself through books or web searching. I know one can learn it all this way but I've struggled and I think doing it in a school type setting might actually be helpful for me.
