I give money to a guy who owns... well... does he? Brew manages it and pays for it, and I end up sending the money to host it. But he doesn't own it either, that was Venetia. But Venetia didn't own it, she ran it for shadow, but shadow didn't own it either, he took control when we banned Despain and TREG. But TREG didn't own it either, that was ccoa and Erk, who left. But they didn't own it either because this was a backup site for another site. But Lord Gradient hasn't made contact for 13 years and the site has changed names twice since then and lost all content after he left.

What year are you born in can cause confusion. I was born in the year of the ox in the Chinese calendar. What year were you born or what's your birth year would be more accurate. So those people might not be so stupid after all. Your wording is just stupid.

IE: I was playing a MMO, and a dude with 1 HP says 'No heals.' I heal him, and he gets pissed. I'm like bitch you should have said 'don't heal'. I thought you were out of heals. Wording matters...

However:
I'm sure if I was to ask the average Canadian, what's the atomic number for uranium? None of them would answer correctly either. Just basic high school science... I could classify them as stupid too by my standards.

Primary School (Years 1-6): 5-11 years old
Secondary School (Years 7-11): 12-16 years old
College: 16+ years old
University: 18+ years old

well, yeah. year 1. Because the teachers got bored of trying to teach me so they just gave me the Junior school books and sat me in a corner.

Primary School is actually years 0 to 6 because there's "Reception" which is essentially year 0.

Weird system.

Well it depends on the school, my primary school had nursery when you were 3, then reception when you were 4, but I know some schools just have two years of nursery with no reception...
