Here so forth ends the shittiest week of my life. I got completely wasted. I spent money I didn't have. I might've done some things I'm not proud of. And I couldn't be more content.

Didn't get the job.
Knew I wouldn't because:
A) It was a new position they had opened up. (I.E. They created a new position within the company, for someone already in the company.)
B) They let me know that they would decide the day after the interview, which seems very quick. (Note: My previous company had a similar interview process with me, they had to interview but they knew they wanted me, so they decided quickly after the interview. So I feel like they already had someone lined up for the position)
C) The lady who saw me out gave me a very final farewell, I can't remember what she said, but it was something like "Best of luck. " This doesn't seem too fishy or anything, but it caught my attention and I felt like I hadn't got it since she said that.
I dunno. I'm pretty sad, but I was feeling very self conscious about it, like, I was questioning if I'd actually be able to do the job...
I'm tired. I'm going to see crossfaith tonight and hopefully get so very drunk. Maybe I'll be able to find a cute dude. I need human contact right now.

Thanks Juan! I'm pretty cool about it. Like, it was my fault cause I wasn't what they were looking for, but I've just got to make myself a better person that people would want to hire.
In other news, I just went to see crossfaith. I wasn't that pumped beforehand, but I got there and had some Desperadostm and The One Hundred started playing, they were fucking awesome. Then shit got crazy when crossfaith came on! I also saw an old school friend when I was there.
Midway through the concert, this girl jumped up on the stage, and kissed one of them. At the end he gave here something and did the "Call me" gesture. Someone is getting some tonight
It was great and exactly what I needed right now, so I'm feeling really awesome and really happy. LIFE IS GOOD AND I LOVE CONCERTS! <3

It looks like I found myself back here, after what, almost a year? My last post was in May 2015, so wow.
Anyhow, moved out of my apartment a month ago and moved into a house instead. We got lucky and found a nice place for relatively cheap. Two story house that looks like it was originally built in the 50s, despite all the renovations (such as the attic upstairs was made into a living loft with a new bathroom).
How ancient? It has one of those ironing boards, as in the ones that popout from the wall. Places like these normally go for $1500 where I live, so our rent of $1000 a month is a steal. Our landlord's father only speaks Cantonese and is pretty elderly, though.
Found myself coming back to Construct 2 after a hiatus of two years. Got a new project going, and deciding to focus on the major mechanics before anything else. It may just be forcing myself to learn new things this time around, actively searching for solutions (both via forum searching and tinkering on my own) or having far improved debugging skills, but I've managed to prototype great progress in just nearly two months.
