I live in the the birthplace of largest tornado ever recorded.. Otherwise known as Moore, Oklahoma.

It's hard to imagine that hail of this size was falling from the sky.

We also had a pretty bad ice storm here. I remember waking up to the crackling and breaking of tree limbs. It seemed like every minute there was another limb falling off of a tree, and some trees were split in two. Here's a pretty good idea of what it did to pretty much most of Oklahoma

and i'll admit, the downtown area is mostly pretty ok, albeit small. those pics above are all of only a 5mi radius.

though i live about 30mi north of it so it's a little nicer around me. think, nothing but manufactured communities, with a lot of chain restaurants.

tampa has more strip clubs and erotic stores per square mile than anywhere in the world, barring probably laughlin and las vegas.

funny story
the place i work at was originally based in detroit. in 2001 they got tired of it and decided to move somewhere marginally nicer and a lot warmer

Lol your snow sucks, yesterday it was snowing all day, and was 8 inches deep here, lol, that's 20cm for peoples that didn't know... it snowed more in the night, now it's, fuck knows... but I was sad enough to make a 9ft Snowman, or atleast I think he is, since I had to stand on a random wall that's like 4ft, and I'm 5'8ish, and it was almost as tall as me...

And the best part is, two days off college... so far !

today my car was bathed in a sheet of prickly ice formed from humidity. i hate that shit, it takes like ten minutes of defrosting just to see through the windshield.

Thats pretty much the iconic symbol of cleveland. You can see those three buildings miles and miles away.

The Queen's Building, Wolverhampton; former building of the Shrewsbury London railway or something like that and soon to be entrance to a new transport interchange.

Victoria Hall, student accommodation, Wolverhampton; the tallest modular building in Europe.

Heh, I always wondered what that looked like, could never be arsed to even look at a picture, but I guess it's pretty big, although it could be bigger to be honest...

Every room in it is an individual block, like lego, or small caravans. They kept driving past my house, one a day, for months.

Well, we are an hour away from Michigan. Plus there's not much to differentiate small-town Canada from small-town America, really. Without context my town could easily fit in a place like Indiana, Ohio, Iowa, Pennsylvania, etc.

And Tim Hortons is CANADIAN.
