Need a PC RPG suggestion...

Yes I own Crysis, and have beaten it also,
so don't pull that on me

everything is pixellated, the poly count is really low on the models
Please, PLEASE, try blowing off a limb with VATS before you say this...

Man, ive got it on second to lowest details, and the pixelation? I dunt have any!!!
I also reccomend this game, ive also played Crysis, and i thought that one sucked, to lil of a storyline.

lol @ playing a FPS for the storyline

but crysis was pretty much an average FPS set in a vietnam-esque locale ... the only things setting it apart are the ridiculously gorgeous environments, and your power suit. it didn't really bring anything new to the table but i found it very entertaining.

anyway about fallout, yeah, they probably could have done better on the textures and shit, but it was still very entertaining. i hear you jbrist, i typically upgrade the hell out of my rig too (though i'm about a year behind because i've been broke ;-;). but even still a fun game is a fun game regardless of the gfx. Good gfx are just gravy.

Like, okay, FarCry 2. Have you played that? It's fuckin beautiful. When you're out in the wilderness you can't help but just look around sometimes. But the gameplay is HORRID. It's just the same mission over and over and over. So I didn't even beat it. Couldn't stand it.

Even still, you thought it was too slow, ... okay, I guess. I mean, it's way faster paced than any other RPG out there pretty much, lol, but ok, that's your opinion :)

Low Quality?

Awesome Bro

Indeed it is, look at the chunks of so-called head, they hardly look realistic, more like random polygons with a crappy texture overlaid...

I actually, the look pretty realistic for flesh blown to bits (and rotting),
Believe me - my dad's ME for Hillsborough County;
and I've seen autopsies many times

Try Knights of The Old Republic, 1 and 2. I liked them over oblivion, and I played oblivion for 16 hours straight once. ;o

anyway oh OH! KOTOR and KOTOR 2, has anyone said that yet. and didn't Jade Empire come out for PC?

edit: shit someone said it ;(

I live about 20 miles from you guys too. Wow, Tampa is popular. In all seriousness, try Diablo 2. Your computer will definitely run it, and it's fun. That will give you some time to to save up money for a new HDD. I think the Diablo 2 Battlechest costs...like 30 bucks?
