Need a PC RPG suggestion...

As the title of this thread would suggest, I am in need of a suggestion for a PC RPG. It has to be PC, because I don't have many consoles laying around.

Games I liked:

Elder Scrolls 2: Daggerfall
Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind
Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion (though i didn't get to play it for very long)
And a few other that I can't remember the names of anymore...

But I'd like something with an interface similar to Morrowind's. Any time period is fine, and any type of content, as long as it focuses on combat and killing, and i have the option to sneak up behind people and stab them in the back. Assassination is my specialty.

You night want to try other series like Diablo, Fallout (the third was made by Bethesda, the same people who did the Elder Scrolls series), and Baldur's Gate.

Even though it probably doesn't have the same type of interface, if you like assassination go check out assassin's creed.

heh, good thing i don't need any. But anyway, I tried Assassin's Creed(or tried to try it), but it takes up like 9gb of space. That's just too much. And I'll try Fallout 3, if it has a PC version(and is less than 3bg in size). Keep the suggestions coming.

If you think 9GBs is too much you really need a new harddrive. Its not like they cost all that much either. I got mine for $70USD and its a full terabyte (1024GBs) and 3GB/s SATA.

Don't get a game, save up and get a harddrive. Seriously, and from the sound of it you like to play rpgs, which take up the most space. So get one with quite a bit. Then buy fallout 3.

To be honest, I don't see why anyone would pay for Fallout 3, it was fucking terrible if you ask me, I bought it on the PS3 for a whole £40 when it was released... TERRIBLE, the graphics sucked, the gameplay was even slower than Oblivion (I did however like Oblivion), and the entire world was a copy and paste of itself, not to mention the glitches I encountered...

THEN I decided to download it on the PC (I'ma baaaaaad boy !), the graphics were still shit, even with the highest settings (And no it's not my computer, I'm hiding an ATI 4870X2 under the cover, which is 2GB GDDR5 tyvm.), and it was just as boring with mods too, so I uninstalled it after a few weeks, and am so fucking happy that I've got an extra 7-8GB spare...

what
the graphics weren't bad??? (I have only slightly lesser specs than you)
i mean it was no crysis but the graphics were still pretty decent.
anyway wtf why do graphics matter if it's fun???

and it was only slow in the very beginning, after you get shit going in megaton, it's a blast ...

Why do I care about graphics ? Because when I've spent so much money on a PS3, 360 and upgrading my computer to next-gen standards, I want the games I play to use what I've bought... why buy a next gen game, if it clearly doesn't display next gen graphics ? Alot of people are attracted by graphics, and this is one of the games that doesn't have 'em, it looks shoddy and terrible, the textures are so incredibly pixellated and undetailed, it's disgusting to look at... I even thought I'd give it a chance and play through, and even still, the gameplay is so slow and boring, it just doesn't live up to what everyone makes it out to be, 4-5 years in the making and it's still a load of toss if you ask me, maybe for their next one (God forbid...) they should keep at it longer, maybe then they'll have something remotely decent to show for the time they've spent...

Horrible graphics?? What the fuck are you talking about??
Fallout 3 is supposed to have a desaturated awful look,
It's post apocalyptic for fucks sake!
The detail in the graphics actually overdoes Crysis
(that is of course if you don't run Crysis on DX10)

I didn't say anything about the colours, so post apocolypic doesn't come into it at all, stop trying to back it up... the detail is terrible, everything is pixellated, the poly count is really low on the models, and most of the writing on surfaces is blurred... it's just an all out terrible game when it comes to graphics... and lol at you saying the detail overdoes Crysis, have you even played Crysis? There isn't a game out that comes close to it (Not even Killzone 2... and that looks fucking amazing)...
