But it doesn't mean that.  When you use "my ass" at the end or beginning of a phrase it implies you think that something disingenuous happening.  As in the preceding or succeeding stuff is a bunch of lies. 

E.G. My ass Obama will reduce government spending = I strongly don't believe Obama will reduce government spending.
Obama reducing government spending, my ass = I strongly don't believe Obama will reduce government spending.

That's what is meant by that phrase.  If you wanted to say that you think its ridiculous to spend money to be on anyone's good list you could perhaps simply say, "Why the fuck would anyone want to be on your good list?"  Which would be a stronger clearer rhetorical question.  That would also have gotten your point across without appearing as a non native speaker swept up in rage over a social situation he clearly has no understanding of.  Well you would still appear angry and ignorant considering you are getting pissy and combative in a board for joke threads and humor.

also yeah. maybe i should clarify that i'm nost just some faggot who has no money. i do have money, and it has to go towards more important things (like hrmm... my school bills?) so i don't really see any of it. i haven't bought a game console or even any games for myself in forever (my last games purchase was brawl on release night, and before that my DS like three eyar ago). i'm pretty conservative about my money, especially since pretty much all of it goes to school bills and food. i'm not saying "hey guys give me money" while sitting in my mom's house leeching off of my parents without a job. i work, and i work a lot, and i have no real extra money because i have to spend it all right away on bills
