well er, the minority is the ethnic population of a country that is lesser than whatever ethnicity has a dominant majority
there is no such thing as a minority when there is no ethnic majority
(e.g. there are 25% white, 25% hispanic, 25% black, 25% asian)
but yes the ones that flip out about it VISIBLY the most are whites in white-majority countries.
(in the U.S. for instance, it's ~63% white, 9% "white hispanic" or latino, ~13% black, ~5% asian, ~3% mixed, etc. etc.-- so whites are still a really dominant majority)
you have to also remember that in the middle east, a lot of countries' islamic majorities flip out about non-islamic minorities, too.
