y = mx + b
x = (-b+-sqrt(b^2-4ac))/2a
Voice please?

c^2=a^2+b^2 <- Pythagorean Therum(sp?)
y=mx+b <- Function equation
x = (-b+-sqrt(b^2-4ac))/2a <- what?
Anyway, voice please :D

First one is obviously Pythagoras.
Second one is the formula of a linear equation, specifically. 'Function' implies any type - linear, quadratic, cubic, quartic, even quintic. It could imply the higher ones too, but nobody really uses much higher than quintic unless they're using HUGE amounts of data.
Third one is the quadratic formula.
Just basic stuff.
Here, try these - they shouldn't be too tough, provided you've taken at least grade ten math, IMO.
V=1/3((r^2)h))
c2 = a2 + b2 - 2ab(cosC)
This one may be a bit tougher to place, but it should still be fairly easy.
F=-2m(angular velocity)(velocity)
