Use bb.xieke.com, like it sez in the first post.

I think it's the only place I've found so far that allows you to host sound files without paying money or creating an account. It's got a nice, simple interface (click choose, click upload) and the server space apparently keeps on coming. I think it's owned by some mysterious multi-billionaire benefactor who decided one day that the internet needed free file uploads.

Oh, and most importantly, it lets you stream right from the browser without needing to download the sound.
