Lavot Story

Hmm, well to me, going with Kotetsu wasn't a good play - even if it might be a snazzy title, if translated or something.
With your title, you want to be pretty creative - as creative as possible, without having a title with no reference, or little of it, to the story.
But, please, try to stay away from the typical RPG titles (Noun (the, of, ) Noun; ex: Fight of Doom, Tree of Magic) :P

Luna is a macabre dancer? What the heck is that?
Why can everyone use so many types of weapons? Try to focus it on the class they have, and give them unique weapons, unless you want to just throw "Freelancer" at them.
Why did the threesome destroy the village? What was their reason (PLOT HOLE!)

"They searched for homes, but they encountered the same three men. They tried to attack the three men, but they teleported away, accidentally taking the three children with them. They wound up in their old home, Mata. When they reached the church, they found the three men. They fought the three men but they were defeated, and never to be seen again. Before they died, a child was born, and was frozen until the Moonlight Dancer revived the dead land."
Wait, who is "they" again? @.@
Riou, the Prince of the continent
Wait, what? The continent? I thought he was the prince of Deciet?
They later assist Riou on his missions and are sent back home later.
They are sent home at the same time "they" assisted Riou? Let's not use later twice in there, shall we? :P

Ok, this really bugs me:

Over at the entrance, why isn't there a wall? You show the ceiling, above the walls, near the top of the map, but over at the entrance/exit it looks like the ceiling is just hardwood floor, under the rug. But yes, you should definitely improve your mapping.

Last thing:
I switched to XP, I make better maps on there than VX.
Ok, maybe, because of the RTP...
Instead of inquisitor tilesets, i am using VX tilesets for XP
What?!?! How is XP maps better than VX maps if you are using VX RTP Tilesets?

EDIT - the HUD on those/that screenshot(s) is much too cluttery and distracting. Try to be very minimal with HUDs.

Well, that's all I have to say about your game.
I'm hoping you'll look into these little details - they'll be somewhat important to supporting main subjects.

Okay then, how does Graceless Redemption sound? it cant have anything to do with the story cuz i plan on making different series' and sequels.
 
That isn't an excuse for having a title with no reference to the story. You can still have some sort of connection between them all, and use that as your title. Having some random schmancy RPG title isn't going to do any better than what you already have. But if you don't care that much for the title, that's fine too. I'm just an extremely critical person ;)

PICK A SUBTITLE IN A LANGUAGE YOU CAN ACTUALLY READ INSTEAD OF USING BABELFISH
(I recommend english)

u guys r all killjoys! i dont wanna overwork the guy who made my logo, so... whoops! nobody else complains about it on any other forum. i actually get good comments on other forums. whats wrong with this one? It gets on my nerves cuz u all complain about stuff that doesnt matter. why?
 
The logo does matter, as some people, despite the saying, will judge a book by it's cover.
And please don't start complaining about our forum.

Having Japanese in the logo doesn't make it look cool. I can't read it, since it's such a bright green, but it's probably not even the correct translation.

I'd just cut it out. Then sharpen up the text a bit and it's just fine.
 
thank you. im angry cuz my computor fuks up and other bullshit that makes me mad. howm do i fix a direct x error? it just says unable to initilize Direct X audio. how do i fix this?
