Then he'll still talk to you ("Halt, criminal scum!"), though he'll be invisible, and if you choose to fight him, you have to attack his corpse to "officially" destroy him. ^_^
I need to play that again and just mess around. I haven't seen good ones like that in a while! I find it amusing to set certain things in chairs and sit down on them. They'll fly out from under you and go who knows how far. The flowers on the throne in Cheydinhal work great for this. I also like freezing people's dead corpses in doorways. With Rufio at the beginning of the Dark Brotherhood, I killed him right as he went out the door of his room and he just froze there. He then did a super slo-mo death animation and finally got to the ground . After that I closed the door on him and he had a post-death seizure. Oblivion has some messed up crap, it does.
Yeah. After I beat Oblivion the first time, I messed around with it so much - exploring as much as of the glitches as I possibly could. Of course, then they sold our PS3 - but I got another one now (because of my boyfriend), and started a new game recently. YAY!! XD
Fallout 3 also has loads and loads of glitches (it is basically the same engine as Oblivion ^_^). The only one I've seen in person is one where a dead corpse flings all over the screen, trying to register where to land. Well, I did see one where I went to get my character a hair cut, and instead of showing her face, it showed her crotch area. I was afraid, that if I exited out of the hair-cut screen, my character would have a "crotch-face". XD
I have always been fascinated by glitches, probably because I'm curious in the programming of video games (and what went wrong to cause the bugs). XD
The Fallout thing sounds a lot like something on Oblivion where at occasional times if I shoot someone in the side and kill them, their corpse will fly towards me. It's actually kinda creepy but at the same time hilarious. I should probably buy Fallout sometime. I never played it but it sounds interesting and I've liked Bethesda so far.
