Definitely Last Exile. My second favorite, though, is Fullmetal Alchemist. Didn't care at all for Cafe Abenobashi, Paranoia Agent and Ghost in the Shell were pretty good... RahXephon was alright.

I used to not like anime, but my old room mate got me started... His old friend is Johnny Yong from the English Bleach (he also played the original Black power ranger :P)... So Bleach is definitely one of my favorites. By far though, Full Metal is my all time favorite. The character development and draw of the characters is what hooked me... My least favorite is probably DBZ.. :-/

I'm not a big fan of anime anymore, but I recently started watching a few of them...just out of boredom, lol. Here they are...
1. Eureka 7 - I've only seen a few episodes of these...no clue on what's going on actually, lol. It's ok I guess...somewhat boring sometimes but Eureka makes up for that for me, lol.
EDIT:....Ok I just realized the title IS her name...>_>
2. Ghost in a Shell - ...I dunno, I expected more giant robot fighting action...I'll give it a few more episodes.
3. Death Note - Only saw this once, I guess I don't care for it...maybe I'll give this one a few more as well.
4. Shin-Chan....? - Is this an actual anime? I'm guessing it is from seeing the credits, whatever...it's funny, I like it, lol.
The one anime that's my true favorite is Ruruoni Kenshin...I miss this show, do they still air it or do I have to go buy DVD season thing?...

I'm pretty big on Bleach and Death Note at present. Bleach for sheer entertainment value (though it seems to be going the way of DBZ and introducing increasingly ridiculous levels of power,) and Death Note so I can snap my fingers and say "damn, why didn't I think of that?" Besides, even I, a heterosexual male, have to admit that L is pretty damn cute. It even feels like they phoned it in a little with the basic formula for popular characters; seclusion, odd demeanor, impossible hair, et cetera ad nauseam.
I still find him to be an interesting character, though; a recluse who's sometimes very perceptibly scared shitless, with a demeanor and appearance that somewhat resembles the beings who are indirectly causing the whole mess in the first place.

Naruto and Shippuden - but its getting annoying as hell since every episode seems to drag so much now.
Death Note - the best non-action anime ever. Long Live Kira.
Bleach - for the action really.

Meh, bleach is getting to be kick-ass now. And there's a hell lot more focus on power levels now. It used to be who had the best Bankai/Shikai. Here's my faves from least to greatest.
5-Naruto Shippuuden (YES, they are dragging out the episodes to long)
4-Cowboy Bebop (Just plain Great)

2-One Piece (Who can ignore luffy's great arms)
