Enex 2 [COMPLETE]

I think it might be a good call to have some variation in floor patterns for the pipe mini-game map; since objects would block the way for the game, some passable variation could serve the eye-candy purpose and keep the paths straight. I think you got the idea for making the texts a bit more clear on the other two, so I'll leave that out now. Great stuff overall; looking at the third map, you've really improved mapping(and every other)-wise from when you first started this project. c: Good luck finishing what's left of it!

As for fonts, if you still haven't decided yet, Monotype Corsiva is a favorite of mine. Good luck with this, it looks like it can be released in the very near future. :)

As far as I've been told from Erichermit, he lost inspiration from the game. He only wants to make the best. I think he might be at like 96% now, maybe, but he has no clue of when he will release it. Since he's no longer active on the forums, I'm more his spokesperson. lol. Hopefully he will release it soon though. It's an awesome game from how much I got to play before.

Mesh90, next time instead of necroposting the topic, PM the OP instead. I'm going to close this until we get verification that it's active again.

Hooray, unlocked again!

Game progress has once again begun. I can't promise any time I'll finish, but I can say it's like... 96% done.
I'm not going to rush myself as I feel this has a high possibility of being the last game I'll release (It's taken way too long.)

I'm going to try my hardest to have to 100% finished soon, however. I basically have every map in the game finished as of this point in time.

as you know i really like the battke system and how you used it. Mapping looks good to. So if this is enex2, then where can i download enex1?

While redoing the intro cutscene I also decided it was a nice opportunity to try out a puzzle idea I had been thinking about.

Here you play as the main antagonist for a moment as he tried to put this bloodstained puzzle back together for malicious reasons. What the puzzle is supposed to look like it shown above (One piece is missing so as to allow movement). The goal is to make the puzzle by sliding blocks. Block can only be slid into an adjacent empty space. The arrow cursor is used to select a block to slide.

Anyway, I wasn't planning on releasing Enex1 but I'll probably do it after Enex2 has already been out for a while.

Haha, I'm trying!

Im currently planning to have it out by Christmas. I really hope I can make this deadline, but I feel very confidant in it.

The only things remaining to finish are to create final two dungeons and the super hard optional dungeon.

Okay guys, It's taken me a long time and I bet that 80% don't even remember this game, but after 5 hours of work I have just completed it.

I'm now looking for some beta testers. Any volunteers? :)

Unfortunately, an Enex2 OST would probably be closer to an OST of just a bunch of different other games. I've only got a few songs in there that were actually made for me.

After a short bout of toying with the idea of commercialization, I threw that idea in the garbage and decided I'd much rather just release the game for free. I'm still interested in any good beta testers. If you are willing to devote about 50 hours to this massive game for quality checking and bugtesting to help me in this final stretch to true release, send me a Private Message and I will send you the game. After the game is bugtested and it has been cleaned up accordingly, I will release the polished version for all the internet to enjoy.

With any luck I'll have the game released within the month, possibly two. Cheers!
