To be honest brawl fixed alot of problems mele had, only big difference is the slower gameplay and gay shit like easier gimps and tripping. I actually like both games but to me brawl is much more strategic

It looks pretty good but yeah there's nothing big so far separating it from brawl besides GRAFIX. Also villager looks gay but his attacks look pretty interesting!

And of course Nintendo doesn't show shit besides the stock series characters gahh

Nintendo thoughts:

• Finding out that retro studios wasn't working on a new IP or a metroid game was heart breaking. I was legitimately pissed when they announced donkey kong country 2. Fuck you Nintendo and your 2D platformers; i dont care how good it is stop making 2D platformers.
• I was playing Windwaker this winter and thought, "this would be cool if it were in HD." I actually prob wont buy it unless they add some cool things such as new dungeons (instead of the triforce fetch quest thing at the end). Windwaker is still my fave console zelda.
• The 2D Luigi game has gotten a lot of flak but they are just reusing graphics. And they are selling it at a reduced price. Its like a disc based DLC.
• Yesssss pokemon XY. Even if fairy type is the dumbest name for a type.
• I want Super Smash to be good but from the vids it looks slow as molasses
• Mario Kart 8 looks sweet but its coming out too soon after 7.
• I know guys lol sonic but the new one actually looks kind of fun
• The new 3D mario didnt get me as pumped as it should have imo. It looks pretty tame when compared to Galaxy. Like I wanted some flashy explosions and just some cool pakouring. And lol at cat suit mario. Even with the multiplayer aspect i still wasnt impressed.
• That yoshi game for the 3DS looks col and i really like the graphical style but there are so many 2D platformers coming out that idk if i would want it.
• The Wonderful 101 looks so cheesy and adorable that i would be hard-pressed not to get it.
• Link to the Past 2 looks cool. The trailer didn't wow me or make me any more excited for the game.
• Pikmin 3 looks so cool. I thought Pikmin 2 was one of the best Nintendo games (Pikmin being the best new Nintendo IP) so I am super pumped. If out of any of the game that they showed in their Nintendo Direct, Pikmin would bevmy most anticipated game.

I don't really know, these videos haven't really done anything for me beyond Final Fantasy, but that "combat" is making me cry, they really do focus on graphics and story over anything else, the rest of it looks like Advent Children FF7 characters recycled again.

Smash Bros. looks like a graphical upgrade. Brawl really did add a ton of stuff to the series, you can't really add any more beyond 3DS:WiiU connectivity and as DS:Wii connectivity was not explored at all with Brawl (I sent like 50 emails with the idea of using the DS as a control input) that could be interesting. But not feeling it with anything else.
