Since our beloved Despain is currently on indefinite hiatus, I will answer some of these questions to the best of my ability (excepting any very personal questions or non-obvious opinions on things). I am, after all, Despain.

1.Umm why does this site have such a bad rep I came here to see the controversy (and the kaizers :P)
because I heard about it on 7 other forums 2 of them weren't even Rpg/Game making related.

Prior to our taking over, it was the fault of the previous administration. Any recent hatred is also a fault of the previous administration (by way of ass-kissers and deposed lapdogs).

2.Why is Ratty banned? I see him often on RRR. (he draws TOO much furrys)

This (third down, with all the big colored text) most recently, as well as other actions in the past. I apologize that RRR has to deal with him and hope that their administration will do the right thing soon enough.

3.How come half of every forum that has to do with game making go to RRR.( non-rmxp.org related)

Because people are dumb and flock to places where there are other dumb people in order to group up and take down any shred of intellect that may remain.

I do not know him personally so I cannot say. I don't think Despain would know either, however.

He already is.

I'm sure he's at least attempted, but he is a failure.

We have no site to give a makeover to! Not yet.

We wish! The GamingW/RMXP.org merge was an April Fool's joke, sadly.

I'm sure he'd like some of GW's staff. I know I would!

I think he's transitioned to RMVX semi-permanently now but he has used RMXP fairly recently!

I'm pretty sure he's answered this! He is currently attending Southern Connecticut State University, so it is pretty obvious if not.

He hasn't answered any but I'm sure he is.

He does! I think he quite enjoys cooking, though I may be mistaken.

22.Do you believe humans can last without eating meat?

People who don't eat meat are failures at the basic laws of being human. They can probably last but they would be lesser beings and winnowing would be that much easier.

He does indeed.

He's done cocaine! Which is hilarious because he hadn't done anything before that. He will do other things once he comes under my wing, however.

Even if he were, he is far too hairy for it to be for anything but comedic effect, and he has no reason to be that silly around anyone because he is terribly awkward socially!

Ratty is actually doing quite well, he's an active member on RRR and RPG Manager and he was just made a moderator at RMVXPUniverse.

Thats funny. Although, its wierd that a whole lotta old .org veterans are at rmvxpuniverse like Rye and Wortana and DerVVulfman. (rye doesnt even post here anymore does she?) Man, Punkid was so emo. Thought everbody was after him.
