The simple answer: we use a game engine for a reason. Otherwise we could just write novels.

I wouldn't go out of my way to see it, but I wouldn't avoid it. I would say that "I'd watch it if it was on TV", but I don't watch TV. I doubt I'll see it until I download the entire anime series and watch them straight through, the movies I'd watch along the way where they fit in chronologically.

The only Pokémon movies that I have seen were the first one (with Mewtwo) and the one with Manaphy and the sea temple.

They have more than enough. If they are able to continue creating new pokémon with good designs, then I'm all for it. But the less inspired designs they get, the more I'm against creating new ones. A perfect example is the most recent generations, which had a few really great designs (Drifloon/Driflbim) but was dominated by very poor ones (Magnezone, Rhyperior, Garchomp family, etc).

What do you think is the most important aspect of a game?  Is it the story, the characters, the graphics, the gameplay, etc.?

Gameplay. If the focus isn't on the gameplay, you might as well make something in a different medium.

The second one is the closest when and if I go into retirement, but I see neither coming any time soon, so it's hard to say. Most likely I'll be riding it out until this place (and the rm community as a whole) just dies away.

1. Yeah, they definitely went overboard in trying to make new Pokemon.  They had some very good ideas for new ones (like Lucario), but most of the evolution forms for old Pokemon were horrible.  They also got carried away with legendary Pokemon in Diamond/Pearl.

2. Sorry.  I took French instead of Spanish (which was admittedly a bad choice), so I try to find things that could have French meanings (probably as a way of trying to assure myself that taking French was worth the effort).  Either way, I don't think I would have kept taking a foreign language after my requirements were finished.  I'm horrible with memorization.

No real preference. I don't really eat peppers on their own so it depends pretty much on the flavor of the dish as a whole.
