Yeah, the "Middle Earth earthy rural tone" thing doesn't fit very well with Zelda. All the houses were made of stone/caves anyway. What's with this wattle-and-daub in the background!?

Honestly, the settings for Zelda and FF7 are far too different for that sort of thing. You couldn't have, say, a futuristic Legend of Zelda movie any more than you could turn Midgar into Castle Baron while keeping the rest of the game's atmosphere. The medieval-fantasy setting is one of the cornerstones of the Zelda universe -- you could replace Hyrule with Midgar and have Ganon seek out the Lifestream, but it just wouldn't be Zelda anymore.

Seriously, FF7 3-D movie works because we will never see the game itself with those kind of graphics.  Zelda deserves real actors.
