This is true guys! The Easter Bunny told me  =3

It looked pretty good, though I have to admit, if someone ever made a Zelda movie based off OT, it'd be freaking hard to pack it in 2-3 hours, and weave the whole thing in an interesting story. There are long stretches with little to no dialog, so I fail to see how a good, OT-based movie is possible anyway...unless it's the turtleneck's fault!

Regardless of being a prank, I thought it was FUCKIN amazing. I actually really liked the Link they had, but thought Zelda was ugly as hell. (Keira Knightly should play her imo) I'm a bit bummed that it's fake, I really, really liked the trailer and to me it looked like it was amazing.

wow.... I thoguht it was good, I mean, it looks completely real, I read the first two comments saying it was fake and kinda expected something stupid but it was really plausible, and personally, I think they really should make a zelda movie, that'd be great!

but man, I guess I can beleive it was fake since it was april fools, but still, that looked like alot alot of effort for just a fake trailer.

Yeah, it was rather easy to tell it was a fake, though the website for it threw me for a loop.  Oh well; see what they do next year.

Also, I'm still torn now that it's been debunked. The little 7 year old fanboy in me wanted it to be true...while the realistic side of me is happy as hell cause I knew it'd be bad.

IGN said it themselves...that was their April Fools joke, no crappy Zelda movie, w00t! (I would've preferred a Metroid Movie anyways)

it said they would release it april fools 2009 if they wanted they would keep you waiting until next year and then say APRILL FOOLSS besides that every think looks like crap except zelda.

Someone did try to make an inde film of one but it looks like crap (not sure if you can still find the preview on youtube)

Yeah we all need hope. That's what I thought. Why would they show credits in the end if it was fake. They put credits in all movie trailers and none of it says april fools or anything.
