Resident Evil
The part when you first encounter the giant spiders. I hate spiders lol. This would be a scariest moment.

Metal Gear Solid 2
the creepiest part is where you get captured and are trying to get to snake. I just recently bought MGS2 a few days ago and beat it yestarday. On friday around 11:45 PM i got to that part. Cambell just keeps calling you with all that random shit. The messed up voice and face just add to the f**ked up ness.

As for my scariest video game moment...I guess it might be Tomb Raider the Last Revelation when its all quiet in the temple of Karnak and then a mummy comes out and grabs you.

I don't really play horror games, so mine would have to be that giant eel in Mario 64 all those years back. I was so scared of it I had to ask my neighbour to clear that level for me =x

I have two-

Resident Evil Four,
the regenerators, when you run into the control room, and there's one following right behind you on the security cam, then you hear the breathing and open the door, and BAM! you get spiked. That part scared the hell outa me.

OH! And the part when your in ther room, and it's all dim, and you open the banging trash can to see a bloddy bag squirming around, then a Regenerator breaks out of the jail cell.

2. Wind Waker, when you hide in the barrels and pass the moblins, it made me jump when they noticed me.

I guess that was 3. lol.

lol that 1st gex game for the ps1. I was i think around 7 at the time. i was too afraid to do the horror movie levels so i had to have my dad do them.

In xenogears, there's Krelian's Lab... you see lots of creppy stuff... but the music it's creepy as hell! So, when I was playing it one night my mom just popped into the room... and it scared the shit outta me! I was playing all day long, and she walked in suddenly while music played...

Final battle, when Reika switch to ?ber mode, running after you, trying to hug you.
It might not have been "shockish", but definatly emotionally horrofying.
(Mostly due to the empathy and the utterly intense claustrophobic feelings you get.)

got to be RE4, that part where you are walking down the hall and these creepy monsters that breath low and like vibrate...wait. I rember i was attaking one and i killed it, nearly lost all my bullets and i turned my character around and i was being knawed on by another one. I nearly shit my pants cus i was playing in the dark. They were in the hospital kind of. You could see them on the cameras but you couldnt see where they actually were. You could hear em breathing but you could only see em when they were gettin real close or bout to attack. That game gave me nightmares. It was creepy beyond belife.

Spoiler: Why it\What was scary

You go in this hallway with windows and these zombies are banging on it. You go through it once and it looks like their stuck out there, but then you have to go back through and half way down the hall they bust through and grab you. Scared the crap out of me. I had to hit pause and take a breather.

Lol, those horror games must be really intense.
Never played that kind of games, but some parts at Ravenholm really scared me, like when a poison zombie throws an headcrab at your face from the dark. Also fast zombies comming from around the corner (HL2).
I also remember playing the first SH with a friend, long time ago. That is too much for a 12year old T.T (because of that, my heart beats fast on creepy parts of a game...)

Well now, this one takes almost no thought for me... a few years back (I was 11 or 12, I believe...) a few friends and I were playing Silent Hill 2: Restless Dreams in a dark room(we were rotating the controller around every 30 minutes or so so no one would get bored just watching). It was my turn and I remember I was walking down this dark-ish hallway when I started to faintly hear static (which meant that an enemy was nearby).

Well, because we were all pansies, we decided to leave the door cracked open a bit so it wouldn't be too scary, which turned out to be a bad idea, since my friend also has a small dog running around the house. Right as soon as the static got really loud and I figured the enemy was really close, the dog decided to suddenly jump straight into my lap. First and only time I've ever peed myself playing a video game.

Some of my scarest moments are all on the one game....The original RE...

The part when you are walking down the hall way and the zombies bust thru the window and try to eat you ...That scared the crap outta me.

The part were you are walking down the hallway and you see a puddle of blood and look up and there is a liquor(the thingy with the long tongue)

The part where you get on the balcony and there is a body that was pecked to death by crows

The part where you enter the room and there is the huge ass snake that tries to eat your ass

And on Eternal darkness when you walk into the bathroom and there is that one chick in the bathtub and the water was blood and yeah that made me jump >>

EDIT: Oh, And the part at the very beggining when you walk into the room and you see the zombie eating that one dude (I dont remeber which one that is on, but i am sure it is on the first one)

it is more of the things popping out that scare me...

Or turning a corner in a shooter game, and there is a person there ^_^

And fear is a pretty creepy game...

I get scared in internet games, when I am playing with only like 3 people, on huge maps...

One time someone threw a flash granade (we were playing SWAT 4) right next to me, and I didnt hear the clink... yeah)

And I was wearing those muffler headphones, and it was turned up all the way... man, that scared the crap outta men when it went off... it was so loud!

I jumped, and then the person who was playing me (we were in the same room) started laughing at me because he was looking at me... ^_^

Hmm.. I guess a few of mine would be when in Resident evil 1 the zombies bust through the window. That and the hunters chasing you everywhere.
Then in Resident Evil 4 when you turn around and theres a dead woman pinned to the wall by a pitchfork. Then the chainsaw guys cutting off your head every once in a while..
