Anyway. Back on topic. The 360's are fine as everyone else said. Just make sure to dust More than once a month around it, because it will mess up the lens (or something like that) aswell for some odd reason.

I've had RRoD happen to me once before. Same with the moving the console while it's running screws the disk (Halo 3 will never be the same.... ) I suspect that it is heat, but from the disk drive. That too can cause the console to stop reading the disk. Several times lately I've taken the disk out and only that, not the 360, was hot. Dunno if my disk drive is screwed (It's been scratching my THIRD Halo 3 disk without any movement) but it is a problem. Sending it over to Microsoft is the best idea, as they'll fix it no problem. Never heard of these Falcon or Jasper boards.

And for you......Just rent a Halo 3 copy and switch them out.....Way cheaper than getting a new one...Or you could complain to XBOX and usually if you are good enough you can get them to fix your XBOX and replace halo.

hmm releasing a product that is faulty from factory is like a big FU to the people who buy it. they probably should of tested it first and fixed it rather than put it out then replace/repair the ones that break. thats really disrespectful to buyers and really annoys me. and if someone dosent like nintendo games because they think they're childish who cares, how does it affect u anyway just respect they're views and leave it alone.

It looks incredibly strange that all your shit is typed out fine then you use the chatspeak "u". And very annoying, esp. since no one even uses "u" anymore really outside text messages :/

I've had one for about two years and we (my brother) just recently got the ring due to his intense gaming. But the system went on for about a year and a half without ANY problems. But my brother left the system on for like 3 days straight and of-course that caused the problem (but just to let you know he does that all the time, it just finally had enough).

Anyways, I would go with the 360, I've had it for 2 years and it's amazing!
