Cursive is faster if you actually write in it enough.  I write almost everything in cursive, and it's much faster than print for me.  My print looks horrible now, though, which is bad when I have to write for the people who can't read cursive.  Just learn cursive.  You don't have to like it, but you should know how to read it.

I've got delightful penmanship - sometimes attributed to that of a girl. However, I get tired less easily when I'm typing, not to mention it's easier to edit and revise typed work - and faster.

I tried before when we were suppose to learn it in school. I just couldn't read it...
