Enma Ai from Jigoku Shoujo could also easily handle Goku. It's simple. All you need is a person who hates him and is willing to go to hell for it. But if you're looking for the strongest character ever, it's got to be Proxy One from Ergo Proxy. Good luck trying to beat a guy who always wins.

Hmmm...

Ironic that "wrestling is fake" but apparently stories of 2 guys such as Captain America and Spiderman - who also fight in pre existing story lines where the outcome is known to those writing - and also wearing brightly colored tights - and also have strange abilities normal people don't usually posses (well, not Kurt Angle, but crap like the Undertaker and stuff) isn't "null and void"... just a thought...

Besides, Goku would lose to Squirrel Girl
From what I've seen she took down every major Marvel Comics villian near single handedly, at least back when I read comics. She might be dead now...

And I forgot to mention earlier that Raziel would annihilate all of Goku's friends and steal their souls, afterwhich he would harness all of their powers simultaneously and use them to annihilate Goku (And if for some odd reason that dosen't work, he can still just go back to the Material Realm and tire Goku out for all of eternity until Goku collapses). It's the perfect plan.

And Goku is too cheap for that. He'll just use the Dragonballs to make Raziel go poof. I however, have found the perfect match up. Laharl with Rozalin from the Disgaea games/anime...they just f'in own.

I'm pretty sure Goku would probably use the dragonballs to revive his dead friends, and he wouldn't have nearly enough time to collect them again. Besides, that would only be if Goku had all of them in the first place.
