Like tons of people have said, Light Yagami is pretty much the strongest anime character ever. He would just need to write down Goku's name, which would take all of five seconds to get out of him since he's such an idiot, and another two or three to write down since it's only seven letters long.

Hah, Gantz could beat Goku too. He would teleport Goku into his room after one of Goku's weekly deaths. Goku would try to teleport away, and his head would explode the instant he left the room. Plus he'd be trapped inside of Gantz and would NEVER come back to life. Ever. Again.

He's been to almost every known paralel universe, he's the strongest being in universe(If you read some of his comics, you'd know he doesn't use all of his power, fearing he could kill his enemy or anyone close), and, seriously, he's TOO SMART!! I even saw him make a lobotomy in a guy who had mental powers using the laser eye combined with X-ray directly in the middle of the eye.

About the planet stuff... He already traveled millions of worlds, to find the cure for cancer, altough he didn't found it...
