I had the same issue and just fixed it myself. If you read the post above you I think they make a good point about what could be causing that. If you use The Gimp, it is real easy to fix.

hows the pirate going? oh and you said before that you were going to make that character for him or redo that one i posted earlier (i dont remember if it was here or on creationasylum.net) but i was wondering if you were going to do that and release it with the battler or not.

haha thats sucks that you wont finish most of them they look great.. maybe you'll change your mind later hahaha we can only hope.. oh and i got them from that rmrk.com i think thats the site lol i dont go there, but i thought i'd check it out cause i just LOVE these battlers.. and thats alright about that RTP maybe i'll set up a request for someone to add the hat and eye patch. oh and i forgot to tell you, but on that rmrk website you had a monster thing i dont remember what you called it, looks like a lil ball of cactus lol looks great, but you didn't put that here or on creationasylum just in case you wanted to share it with everyone here and there lol. or are you using that in your game, lol is it alright that i use that cactus ball monster in my game?

The first battler has 2 pieces of armour in the first pose (first 2 frames on the top left), and 3 pieces of amrmour in the other 2 frames.

Hey dollmage, how cme xenok has that weird green aura around him? You cant see it on the default sheet, but when you load it in it does this, minus the black (which was me):

@groudyogre: That's just where the color was slightly off around the sprite... what you can do is open the sprite in a graphics editor, use the dropper tool to get the color around the battler, then paint the black space ih that same color. it should fix it.

@jbart: Look at the armor on anito (the axe guy) his leg armor jumps from two pieces to three. and sometimes even down to one.
