Nah it's not just the higher ups, it's a pretty chill place in general. You can give each other shit and generally get away with a lot, just don't be a dick about it and don't be an idiot. The rules are pretty relaxed.

I have fallen in love quite much the last years since I still am in my puberty. But generally 40% is personality and the rest 60% is appearance. The sad thing is that appearances are often deceiving, I was in love with this brunette in my class, who had the most angelic smile ever. So beautiful. First I was very good friend with her, and we laughed and she was open, but soon she became
more tired and isolated. I barely knew her later and I just "what has happenedwioth my friend!?", but we we're barely friends as I spammed her with SMS.

The thing I liked in that girl was her openess and sence of understanding, never deny a 'sorry' and always forgiving, but after her problems she became isolated. And I will never be in love with her again, lucky it, becasue I was tormented with the feeling:P

But generally, a sence of humor, openess to talk about everything, and kindness and caring is important.
Heart and Brain together. Never any of them only. Becasue that is either going after looks OR after only personality. That doesn't work!

I mostly like girls with blonde or brown/dark hair. Those with the cute manga noses (up pointing) and with white nice teeth. And long eyelashes. As for the body, the legs is the nicest, and else doesn't matter^^

But face and hair is most important in the looks!

Short girls are pretty hot, so long as they still have adult features. Short girls with flat chests and mousy faces might as well be children and I just don't find that hot (even if that is what everyone's supposed to be attracted to).
