One word : codeine!

Available through your local doctor; tell him you've had your wisdom teeth pulled. Codeine's what they usually give you then...or at least what they gave me. I wanted morphine, or opium, but noooo...

Actually I have codeine laying around at home. I was prescribed like 5 million refills for my back/knee problems, but physical therapy made it tolerable, so now I'm just floating in pills. I don't really like codeine, it makes me too sleepy. Once I slept for 23 hours on it :x. And I didn't even wake up feeling rested, I just felt tired, dizzy, and sore D:

Now if it was morphine ... Then we'd be in business. :D

But they're real dicks about giving out that sweet shot of heaven in a bag D:

Well, since we're on the topic, my pet peeve is being forced to rely on meds to deal with my sinusitus-related problems. Sure, they work, but the side effects almost make it pointless. Feeling drained, stupid and weak? Not my cup of tea.
