I feel exactly the same way. Looking at it reminds me of a 1980's child cartoon, which is just off-putting.

Personally, I just love Resident Evil 4, if only it had just a little more puzzle elements.

As an RPG, even Itoi admits that it's basically "Dragon Quest with different graphics." The reason people like it is oriented more with the game's flavour than any of its individual qualities -- the graphics were poor for its time, the music has its moments but is generally very average, and the plot isn't something that's going to engage you or keep you up at night, but it all comes together very well. If you're the sort of person who likes little details in a game, it's very appealing, but I'll admit that as RPGs go it's pretty mediocre. Mother 3 is where things get really special.

Hi everyone !, damn I haven't been here for like, months !, I'll have to make an introduction sometime, lol.

At the minute, I must've completed Super Mario 64 like, 20 times in a row... IN THE PAST WEEK !

Now if we could only do this in Genre, I have a nice umm... thingymabob:

RPG: Final Fantasy X / Folklore (Anyone with a PS3, I reccomend this game so bad)
Platform/Adventure: Super Mario 64 (I'd class it as that)
Fighting: Every Mortal Kombat / SS:BB
Racing: Every Gran Turismo / Mario Kart: Wii (Online is awesome !)
Shooting: Jericho / MGS4 / CoD4
Music ?: Obviously it's Guitar Hero 3 ! I can finally get 95% on DragonForce.. on expert ! Buh zing !
Football: The only ever football game I'll like.. The mario one for Wii (My girlfriend has it)
Sandbox: GTA4 (Hands down, I would make love to this !)

Excuse me ? You say I only just got back ? I was unbanned months ago I just quit the whole RPG Maker thing to play Maplestory, and still do... I don't even use RMXP/VX anymore, lol, and I didn't make the dupe account which must've been said god knows how many times around the forums and been proven. Also, I started the whole Eventwise like a month after my ban, and that folder hasn't been used since like March, although if I can ever get back into the gist of RMXP/VX again, I might release it.

And also missingo, football = soccer as Chimmy pointed out, lol.

Anyone seen the Diablo 3 trailer online ? To be honest it doesn't look as great as I was hoping it to be, just looks like some kind of Untold Legends, lol.

Oh, and on my last post, I forgot to add Assassins Creed and Dead Rising to Sandbox (Yeah, I'd called Dead Rising a sandbox game, you can basically do anything within reason (You still can't rip zombies limbs off and beat them with it :sad: )

Bioshock was kinda cool, but had a shitty ending beyond words.
FFX-2 is meh. WTF is up with this Buddy shit incest horniness for Yuna?
FFXII lacks characters of any interest, for me.
FFV is boring.
With FFIX I never got beyond a certain point.
FFXI banned me so I'm not putting that on the list either. :')
FFVIII was boring and annoying and not magic-y enough.

That leaves for BEST games (the above ones aren't):...
Cavestory and FFX (only games with characters I still care about years after completing the games)
Err.
There was a Megaman Battle Network game that I absolutely loved. It was for the GBA but I can't remember those numbers. I actually completed the game, and I only complete games I really like. x3

And I guess that's it, haha. X_X

(FFVII is missing because I never played it. I can't get through the horrid graphics.)
