Avadan, I guessed it was Nikeah before readying the post, just by looking, so, it is looking great :D I just think that the foiuntain looks odly square O.o

It's EDGAR!!! Is this in the world of ruin??? I really really really want to play this game Avadan. What kind of battle system will you use?

@Scruff and Adrenline thankyou!
@flamerfox, thanks for the suggestion but I think I like my grass in cooler colors.^^; I lean more toward cooler colors.

Other than the mapping does anyone have any suggestions for my drawing of Katra or the placement on the map?

Thanks everyone for the feedback!

@Clest: I think I know what you mean about the fountain. I`ll edit it later, working now on Mobliz

@ama55: When the maps are ready I`ll start working on the battle system... guessing I`ll be using Dargor FFVISDK

@Saint Minor: Everything on that tile is ripped from some game and edited

@.rhap: ....except those houses xD couldnt find houses that resembled the ones from FFVI so I made them in photoshop....they still dont look like the ones from the game :P

rhap: You miss a comma before the 'dass' over there :p Also, the character sprite looks too big for the surroundings, especially compared to the doors, and even more to trees...
Also, you sound like a candidate for my multiple language script, if you decide to make an English version (as Rye suggested, you might recruit someone to translate your stuff then, and you'd be set ^_^ )

O_O...That IS made with RMXP, right?

I'm wondering the same exact thing! Either way great job on what looks like yet another FF game.

EDIT: How are you doing it? Its gotta be hard to do iso with a non-iso system.

Isometric. RMXP was made on a grid system, which means you can move up, down, left, and right. An Isometric system typically has not only a different point of view, but also allows movement in 8 directions.

If you still don't get it. Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars and Chrono Trigger are fine examples of Isometrics, where as the early Final Fantasies are grids.

OoooOOoh now I get it...... at the moment Im using a 8 directional movement script.... it works.... kinda... there's a problem with the angle... but it will do for now... If anyone knows a script for the angle of the tiles let me know

I'm not good at explaining things, but if you can understand this it should help alot. I believe that in f0tz's pixel movement script you can actually change the direction the character moves. If you have any more questions about this avadan PM me and I can help you out because I'm experienced with isometrics, and i'd probably be able to help you out more in private.
