6) Megaman Uno(Megaman Legends)

Do you mean Juno? Because I'm definetly adding him to my list. He was awesome, with his long pink hair and monotone voice.
Fuck, after watching that I'd like to kick the shit out of Juno's oh so perfect face too.

Edit: i meant after pregnancy
Edit 2: Wait maybe I didn't..

The best boss fight ever for me was most definitely TwinRova from Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. The way you have to fight them makes it both intensely fun and intensely challenging, IMO, a pinnacle of game design.

Fighting against Zero in MMX2. I just thought it was cool to finally duke it out with the red guy, one on one.

Any of the boss fights in Ninja Gaiden.

I'd have to say the best boss battles i've witnessed were definitely:

- Penance from FFX
- Necron from FFIX
- Shadow of the Colossus (the whole game)
- Boss fights from both Megaman Legends games (Especially Juno and the other final boss from 2, can't remember name)
- Kefka from FF6 (OMG Hard! I went against him with a low lvl party)
- Sephiroth from KH1 (Easy, but tricky when he casts Death)
- Cubia from .Hack//GU (Final boss, amazing battle, although i killed him with ease, the cutscenes were amazing.)
- WoodMan (Yes woodman from mm2. I love this stage.)
- Garr from BoF3 (I love the battle just before the time skip.)
- God of War (Every part of this game is awesome, especially the amazing boss battles.)
- Every final boss from Guild Wars (I like the game, the story is refreshing, and it really makes it epic.)
- First dungeon boss from Zelda:OoT (Spiders are nice)
- Minerva from Crisis Core (Probably one of the hardest battles i've had up to this day. You need to go very well prepared to fight her, or else this will be your doom after the first blow.)
- Ozma from FF9 (I went against him without doing the 9 Gaia Spirits side-quest.)

can't remember any other boss battles that were cool. need to get more games :/

Fucking Onyxia from WoW was amazing. So was every single other final raid boss.

And another MM Legends boss that deserves a mantion, the Geleschaft (Dear god I know I butchered the name. It's been years since I actually fought it. It's the big ship the Bonnes use.) It wasn't too hard, but it was long, the scenes were good, it provided a nice challenge, and having to take out each section was great fun. And the fianl form forced you to keep moving and never gave you a chance to get a good shot in.

Meganada from Digital Devil Saga 2.

In one form he shrugs off all physical attacks, and in the other he casts annoying status ailments, charges his energy, and casts Meru Thunder, which can either instantly wipe out the party or weaken them to the point where Meganada can follow up with an all-enemy elemental spell and finish the entire party off. At first it's not too annoying cause you can see it coming due to the charging and you can nullify Meru Thunder with Void/Reflect/Drain Elec, but then when his HP gets lower he begins to charge and use Meru Thunder on the same turn, making it impossible to know when he's gonna use it.

Also, in his physical-resistant form, if he crits, which he does fairly often, it hurts like hell.

Come to think of it, Shiva was even more annoying, although thankfully he was an optional boss. Especially his skill Third Eye, which dealt major damage and had 100% chance of stunning the entire party unless they were immune to it. Fortunately stun in this game just means your hit rate sucks ass even for spells or I would've been completely clobbered.

The wind God, or Fujin, from Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub Zero. I bet that the majority of the people here have never played this. It's the most challenging game I've played, and I've beaten Battle Toads.

The wind God was challenging because he always flew away after you got three hits on him. The only way to stop him was to hit him with a Directional Ice Blast move, which you might not have if you hadn't of learned it before the fight, or constantly use jump kicks on him. Unfortunately, the jump kicks don't always work, so if you don't have the Directional Ice Blast, you're in for a hell of a fight.

When his life has been depleted, he will fly back and create a giant wind cyclone.  The only way to avoid it is to run to the very edge of the arena and crouch.  The problem is that this isn't initially clear, so you usually end up dieing a painful, windy death. Once you do finally figure it out, you get to see him kill himself with his own windy whirlwind of doom, which is awesome.

As you can see, I like the challenging boss fights.

Minerva, Crisis Core FFVII O_o
your psp would be out of batteries before you even beat her

is it just me that I'm shocked to see
a boss with 10mil HP

Quoted for truth.

Minerva was insane. I still haven't gotten around to actually beating her.

*Ruby and Emerald WEAPON from Final Fantasy Seven. My God, I spent weeks switching out strategies and materia and characters until I finally beat them both (Yuffie with 12 mastered counterattack materias on Emerald, making her a miniature Knights of Round. Cloud soloing Ruby with KoR, Mime, Hades, and some other crap to keep me alive.)

*All boss fights in Crisis Core were just epic feeling, even if they weren't always challenging.

*Final boss in Legend of Dragoon, holy fuckwits. I had no idea you could skip stages either.

*Heishin from Yu-Gi-Oh Forbidden Memories, had the most retardedly powerful cards.

Yeah, list:

-Stallord, Dark Beast Ganon and Zant from TP
-Helmaroc King, Jalhalla, Molgera and Ganondorf from WW
-Phantom Ganon, Volvagia, Bongo Bongo and Twinrova from OoT

Stallord's best, though a little too short.

....Did I mention Meta Ridley in Corruption? I can't believe I didn't!

........
Meta Ridley from MP3:C, fighting and free-falling through some hole is awesome! I also enjoyed fighting Helios from the same game, lol.

Hardest - Wizpig from Diddy Kong Racing, I was 7 it was freaking impossible for a kid!!
Best - Ganon, in Twilight princess. Awesome!

Wizpig????? Can he even really be a boss? Ruby and Emerald from ff7. I hate how ff7 is so "cool" but it did have some moments. Stupidest boss is Sepiroth from ff7. He had one true fight in the game and you can't even loose.

I really liked the weird bug guy, Verdugo, in Resident Evil 4 when he comes after you in the sewers. Creepy and frantic is always enjoyable.

QFT. That game was mad fun though.

Hmm, tough bosses I've had to go up against...

Well, pretty much every boss fight from Seiken Densetsu 3 was pretty challenging. The entire game was difficult though, but it's still hands down my favorite game. The entire Megaman Zero game was difficult as well, but again, great games to play.
