You can try using my old outer tileset to see how it fits, i don't have a water tile but i did edit an rmxp rtp water auto tile to fit.
If you do use it you'd have to come up with your own inner tiles though.

Thank you for the offer! I played around with it and while it is a very nice tileset, it just doesn't seem to flow well with the characters. It brings back the 'out of place' complaint I had earlier on with an early version of the slimes.

I'll keep on hunting though! Again, my appreciated.

Well i hope you find something that fits man ^^, i'd hate to see this game created with rtp.
Though it's hard to find tiles so i'd understand if you go with rtp in the end heh.

Monday, April 13th!

Time for the weekly update!

This week I've discovered a new game that my time has been sunken into, as well as been juggling Easter Holiday-mania, so progress this week is rather low. BUT! This does not mean the update still must fall to waste!

This week, I'll be introducing a protagonist of the story, one is involved in a key trigger that ignites the fuse of the tale.

That will be all this week, I may or may not be taking a short break from Balken to finish the game that currently has my attention (The Last Remnant [PC Release]); cursed fun gameplay.

T's a very fun game indeed! I'm enjoying it, just killed my first rare spawn and boy, that was a hard fight!

You know what would be sweet is if you could include some of your art into the game.

Really it would be a nice touch and the style is constant and appealing!

I have to say I actually want to play this game over a lot of proper commercial projects.
If your game play is just as fun as your artwork then this game could become a true classic.

I'm so glad you've stuck with this for this long, and my GOD, it looks amazing! I agree with ultimaodin, I would love to see some of that awesome artwork in the final product.
