Rocking Effect?

I was wondering how to make the map make a type of rocking effect like your on a boat?

I think there's an event command called "Screen Shake." When you select it, a window'll pop up so that you can customize how quickly and dramatically the screen shakes, but if you keep those numbers low, you should get a rocking-boat effect instead of an earthquake.

I know there's probably something I'm missing, but I haven't used XP in six months. :x

Yeah, that might work.  If not, you'd probably be best to start hunting for a script because I'm quite sure that Screen Shake is the only evented way of doing it.  Good luck.  : )
