RMXP: Individual Battle Options (Like FFVI)

Okay, what I'd like to know is if there is a script or tutorial that explains how to add different options for different characters in battle.

Example: I'd like to have a white mage in my game have the word "White Magic" in place of "Skill" but I'd also like to have my black mage have the word "Black Magic" instead of Skill. And "Swordplay" for Fighters, "Red Magic" for red mages, ect.

References: If anyone has played FFVI or FFVI : The After Years, you may notice that the character's there have special attack options just for that character. (IE: Rosa, the white mage, has "Blessing" and "White Magic", Ceodore (FFVI:After Years)has "White Magic" and "Awaken", Kain has "Jump") This is what I'm aiming for in RMXP.

You can look up Trickster's Individual Battle Commands @ Punk's Hideout, he's also got Bag of Battle Commands somewhere on there, which I think might be an expansion of the Individual Battle Commands script, I forget.

BTW this is probably more appropriate in Script Requests because I don't think there is an easy way to do this with events. You might want to click the Report button and politely ask the mod to move your topic there.
