I have a feeling thats illegal. Nothing is free in this world son.
You can download unliscensed stuff without guilt. Nobody really cares, because you're not taking any profits. Also, most anime is killed upon translation, so you should watch the subbed versions.
Anyway:
Noein(24 episodes)(you'll have to download this)-Great stuff(thank you cry!). Great action scenes and incredible story, has alot to do with quantum physics(although you shouldn't get too confused). It's a little slow at points(like that episode where Haruka and Ai were fighting), but it is incredibly heartwarming, satisfying, and the action scenes are incredible. I just need to see episode 24....
Visions of Escaflowne(26 episodes)-Another great one. Beautiful. It has an incredible story, and merges fantasy and mecha brilliantly and beautifully. It has a decent dub, but they cut out ALOT(blood, a lesbo/incest scene between the two catgirls, although it wasn't that bad, you'd have to see it to understand, and THE WHOLE FIRST EPISODE) And yes cry, I got a little bit of inspiration from this, but not too much.
Witch Hunter Robin(26 episodes)-Okay, this anime is absolutely incredible, but it is not for people who like action every minute. This anime has a deep story, and is overall incredible. It is one of my favorites, and is just incredible. It also has a really, really good english dub.
Turn A Gundam(50 episodes)(you'll have to download this)-easily the best mecha series ever made. Even if you aren't a fan of gundam, or even mecha, this series is incredible. Made by Yoshiyuki Tomino, the origional creator of Gundam, this series is the be-all end-all of Gundam. Linking all of them together. This is just an incredible series, no buts.
Gundam X(39 episodes)(you'll have to download this)-A great gundam series, with good characters(no pretty boys! FUCK YES!), and great mechanical design. However, the end isn't as good as it could have been, mainly because it was cut short 10 episodes(which sucks, considering it could have been one of the best Gundam series ever).
Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo(26 episodes)-Based off the book by Alexandre Dumas. This series has a deep story, with good characters, and I just absolutely love this. If anything, you owe yourself to watch this, simply for the incredible animation. It is easily the most visually beautiful anime I have ever seen, and is great if you're looking for a deep story. The music is also great, composed by Jean Jacques Brunel, from the stranglers. Also has a great english dub(I perfer it over the Japanese voices0_0) You won't see it comin'
Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni(not sure how many episodes)(you'll have to download this)-HOLY SHIT. This is scary stuff. In two words: Mind Fuck. This series is bloody, and scary. Which is very unique, considering it is based off an ero game. I've only seen episodes 1-10. Each 4 episodes is like a different storyline, involving different situations, but the same characters. However, if you're not going to watch the entire series, you must watch atleast the first 4 episodes. They are incredible. And they also gave me a fear of girls wearing white hats....
Gundam: 8th MS team(12 episodes)- This is no superhuman pilot, no ultra powerful gundams. This is grunts surviving day by day. One of the best gundam series ever released in America. Definetly one to check out.
Gundam: Stardust Memory(13 episodes)- Although not as good as the series listed above, it is still very good, and worth a watch. However, it doesn't fit in to well with the UC timeline, it's still a fun watch. So long as you can get over that bitch Nina(really, she's probably the worst female lead to ever appear in a Gundam series next to Lacus Clyne)
Those are some of my favorites, check them out.
