First of all, dubbed or subbed? Also, if you like Naruto and Full Metal Alchemist, you'll fall in love with Bleach. It's done by artist Tite Kubo, and they're on Season 4. If it's dubbed...then I dunno, haven't watched much dubbed anime.

I have a feeling they're a bit of both. Its doesnt really matter though unless it dubbed really shit. (but since im purchaseing hopefully itll be decent). And i guess ill check out bleach.

Noein, pure quality. But it isn't on your list...
I personally like chobits. It's not superb, but funny and has an awesome concept. Just don't go for fighting scenes with this one.
Gundam looked good to me, though I haven't seen to many episodes of it.

Naruto, sucks, FMA, decent, Bleach, don't try that.

Yakitate!! Japan - The anime is about a boy who dreams to be the best baker, not interesting? Thats what I thought but it turned out to be fun to watch and learn about bread at the same time.

Eureka Seven - Pretty mch surfing mecha but its more character driven then the mecha themselves.

Fruits Basket - Just watch it, its at times "girly" but funny.

Hm....lemme see....

Cowboy bebop, Fullmetal Alchemist, Bleach, Ghost in the Shell, Samurai Champloo, Love hina, and.....bitorent rite (? (can't remember...)). Gundam Wing was pretty good...then again, it came out when i was in like...6th grade and I don't think I understood much of the plot.
*looks at list*
Samurai X and Rurouni Kenshin are the same thing. >_>

Naruto and DBZ annoy me....oh well. Other people seem to like em -_-

nah, i believe samurai x is actually an OVA miniseries based off the manga while rurouni kenshin is a full blown 50+ episode "ZOMG FILLER" repeat frame anime.

but don't quote me on that because i HATE anime.

I believe Samurai X was the movie, while the OVA was just entitled Kenshin OVA(Only 6 episodes). The series was damn long (I think 52 episodes or something). I like the manga a bit more, I mean where else can you see the guy in my avatar defeat someone using a belt buckle? (That's classy)

Real Bout High School :D
I enjoyed the manga because it featured plenty of upskirt shots and one-eyebrowed heroes but unfortunately they never finished it :(

It ended at issue 6 I believe with a little note from the writer or something. I wonder if the anime is a continuation... or like all manga to anime, they probably have NOTHING to do with each other.

FLCL and GTO are two of my favorite anime series, so check those out. Also, FLCL isn't much of a commitment at like 6 episodes. GTO (or Great Teacher Onizuka) is about a perverted guy who becomes a teacher seemingly just for the cute school girls, but it has a ton of humor and, surprisingly, depth. Great characters you really get to know and feel for, all that. FLCL is hard to explain, it's just odd.

Bleach was awesome for about 20 episodes or so, then it started falling apart very quickly. Like, 50 episodes of boring dialogue and events, and fights that dragged on for several episodes.

Anyway, if you're not into comedy or random ridiculousness, ignore what I just said.

Could everyone maybe give me an overview of what the anime you reccommend is about? I intend on accutally purchasing so i don't want to spend too much buying somthing i might not like. (Ill probably buy the first episodes then ill go from there if i like)

Big O - Big robot in a world where everyone's forgotten everything they've done before. Can't go wrong, and the dub is pretty damn decient.

Chrono Crusade - One of those animes that will totally fuck with your head. It's basically about a gun weilding nun and her demon side kick, but the basic summary doesn't do it justice, and I can't get more into it without ruining the plot.

Escaflowne - If you like blood and gore, then this has quite a bit of that, though it's more to add to the fact that this world is in the middle of a freakin' war. I can't really say more, because there's a TV series and a movie, and both have similar but different plots.

Excel Saga - Funny, funny, funny, funny. That's all there is to it. This is essentially a parody of pretty much... everything. Buy it.

Final Fantasy Unlimited - This... eh. It's good, but you have to stick with it, and ignore the fact that the animation for the characters themselves looks like a two year old drew it.

Gundam Wing - This is one of the shows that really got me into anime. Kick ass boys with big machines in the middle of a world of changes brought out by war. *nodnod* Very good series.

Neon Genesis Evangelion - THIS... this... whoooooo boy. There are not enough words to describe Eva. It's very much an aquired taste (and one of those rare animes where the dub is actually better than the sub), and can be difficult to follow sometimes. Once you get it though, you'll be sitting there like this: O___O

Night Walker Midnight Detective - I'm jealous that you have this near you. Seriously. -_- I love this short series. It's only 13 episodes, but it is utter love. It's a mystery/horror anime... with a naked pixie that hides in the main character's hair. XD

Now And Then, Here And There - I personally haven't seen this yet, but everyone and his brother have been recommending this anime to me. >_>; I should probably, like... look for it already. *coughs*

Vampire Princess Miyu - I personally like this one, but I don't know many other people that do. It's about a young vampire girl that is charged with capturing the "Shinma" in the world to prevent them from destroying humanity.

X - It's simple to say that this series (and it's movie) is about the end of the world, but it's much more complicated than that. You'd have to watch it to understand, but it's well worth it. *sage nod*

Hope that helps some.

I can give you an overview on Bleach. I'd also give one on FLCL, but I haven't seen it in SO long....anyways...

Bleach is about a 15 year old high school freshman named Ichigo Kurosaki, who has the ability to see ghosts. He is usually ridiculed by some of his classmates because of his naturally orange hair. One day, while resting in bed, a Soul Reaper named Rukia Kuchiki walks through his second story window, with a black outfit (It's in a samurai fashion) and a katana. After talking with Rukia, a monster called a Hollow attacks Ichigo's sister's, Yuzu and Karin. After Rukia fails to defeat the monster, she thrust's her katana into Ichigo's body, and transfer's all of her power accidently into him, thus turning him into a Soul Reaper. His weapon is an large katana which he can wield with one hand, due to his immense spirit energy, and he helps Rukia fight Hollows while still living his high school life.

This is basically the first 20 or so episodes, then you start getting into the deep stuff. Overall, if you liked Naruto, you'll like this.

Bleach goes into filler mode after around 64...
Hopefully when it gets to 100, it wil lstop the fillers and get back on track with the manga.

I personally like Hellsing, even though the long boasting scenes are pretty annoying.
