I have short hair and I don't get that many girls. However, it wasn't that very different when I had long hair.
Ladies and gentleman, I give the evolution of my hair.
EDIT: I've added some descriptions.
History IB class photo (my hair is orange).

Holy Week in Panama.
High school 1-year reunion (making t-shirts before the party).

Holy Week in Nicaragua (first time).

I think I like JJ Sanchez with longer hair. Also the shots make it seem light hair with effects look better, although to be honest the other shots had worse angling.

I used to have really long unruly hair and cutting it was the best thing i ever did
I didn't realize how much time i used to spend on it. Now i can just roll out of bed and spend 30 seconds styling it and i am good to go. Not only that, it is significantly better looking imo.

Usually girls find long hair "cute" not attractive (at least where i am i guess it could be different in different areas).

On the subject of cutting long hair, my family has been pressuring my brother to cut his. But then, that's because it's a blonde frizzy mess past his shoulders that he doesn't take care of and can't even comb any more.

I'm dosing off on sleeping pills, but here are my thoughts:
1. Girls liking long hair is a myth. They don't like it or dislike it any more than short hair.
2. Short hair feels better and is more manageable. I know from experience.
3. Short hair doesn't need so much time dedicated to it. Again, from experience.
4. Try different things. I know I tried pretty much anything hair wise. Look at the pictures.
5. Do whatever you want to do with you hair. Accept the consequences.
On this last point, the couple of times I shaved my head people teased me a lot. Since I'm in med school, they obviously made jokes about me having cancer (my school mates suck). Having long hair has as many consequences as not having hair at all.

omg i use to have long hair too! long and curly... and everytime i got a haircut the hairdresser was like " i wish i had you hair D:" cause well i have fuckin awesome hair. And long hair is just a fad... it will go away soon. I remember starting high school and it was me and like two other dudes with long hair and well people made fun of us then bam 2 years later there wasl ike only 2 guys WITH short hair...pipesnogger":gs9h2l2q said:

Venneh is definitely right about the charisma.
Most days, I'm a 6 at best thanks to my never sleeping. I still get numbers by being confident and charismatic. Keep the conversation up and look like you are functional and able.
Now if you want to keep them, you'll probably need a personality and some actual depth. Can't help you there D;
